It was the second time staying at this hotel, after 8 years from the first time. Everything was great for spending a week for work in Windhoek. The location is as central as it gets, the room very spacious with a big desk and good internet allowing you to work effectively. The room was very clean. Three restaurants inside the building as well as good room service for the times you want to have a quick lunch / dinner without leaving the hotel.

A usable pool or at least a sauna in the gym would give this hotel a 10/10.

Nice central location. Comfy and quiet room with TV and fridge plus toiletries in the bathroom. Food was OK in The Pantry, and the bar area was pleasant with helpful and friendly staff.

The wifi was poor and dropped out or was weak periodically, so if you have business things to do, make sure you buy a SIM before arriving here. It was strong enough to make my phone work, but not good enough for my laptop. What the heck was a housekeeper doing, barging into my room late at night? I had to yell at her umpteen times to go away as she stood in the doorway for ages for no apparent reason. And why the heck did a housekeepr need to knock on my door before 9 a.m. asking if I had laundry? I'm an adult and will ask if I do, thanks. No need to interrupt my business calls. I ended up keeping a don't disturb sign on the door as the staff were so annoying. I've never had to tell staff not to barge in late at night. They're usually sensible enough to know that would be foolish.

Room service was delayed as only manned by one person. it took close to 45-50 mins for our call to be picked up and then by the time we got our food it was Luke warm! Please get a second to help!

As soon as I did the check in and install me in my room, they changed me to another room cause they did a mistake. after changing me to another room the AC was not working. so they changed me to a 3rd room, located under the rooftop restaurant. one of the nights they Gad the music extremely loud I had to complain 3 times until the lowered the music. the room had a disgusting smell coming out from the bathroom. The gym was old, Cardio machines don’t turn on, half of the dumbbells missing.

Nice place, central location in the city centre. The staff were exceptionally professional especially Chuma at the reception and Chahida at the restaurant. Tia was also very helpful

the lady at check in was really efficient and friendly.

food at the stratos could do with some touch ups and also the service was really slow.Alot of menu items were unavailable.

We were welcomed by Rosalia who made special arrangements for our 24th wedding aniversary.

The food at skybar was salty and dry but the friendliness of waiter was outstanding.

The pool ist really rediculis, no pool Atmosphäre surronded of the Restaurant Terrasse. Cant recommanded as a Spa area.

No security in the lifts, anyone can get a lift to any floor. Most hotels require you to use your room card to use the lifts.
