everything was clean. facilities were organized and great quality. great place to stay with beautiful view and connection with nature.

Quiet place. Nice view of the volcan. Nice people, they let me stay in the living-room while I waited for my bus on the afternoon. I enjoyed having a bedroom for myself.
A little bit isolated if you don't have a car.

Beautiful setting by the lake and volcano. Locely breakfast and staff. I also loved the characterful nature of the building. The bed was comfy and the shower was strong.
The summer bugs were everywhere given the lake location. We spent an hour go removing them from our room before we could sleep.

The house is beautiful and the hosts are very kind. The breakfast is good too.

Really friendly staff, great quiet location near the lake and the Cascadas. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. They even gave us extra hot water for our road trip thermos.

The water pressure was irregular and there were some issues with the hot water.

Hot water is a problem, its a nightmare to get the right temperature for shower, (this is the problem is most of chile, so be prepared). Not many restaurants around, with COVID restrictions, we couldn't have lunch/dinner at the stay.

The place was perfect, the room was comfy, warm and very clean. The decoration gave it a very welcoming feel. The staff was extremely nice and glad to help at any time. The breakfast was also delicious. Absolutely recommended, me and my partner will for sure stay there in the future.
Nothing really. Everything was perfect. Just take into account that transport in that region is very sparse, so plan your trip taking that in mind.
