Very good location and communications/support from villa agents who are only officied 100m away was excellent. Plus the Villa is very close to some first class restaurants in la Caleta. Outside area has been recently refurbished and is very presentable.

Unfortunately, the windows in the villa are not sound proofed, hence, the noise from the recycling of bottles in the car park nearby is atrocious and happens at all times of night. 11pm, midnight, 1am, 2am and at 3.30am the council arrives to empty the bins. Furthermore, while lying in the upstairs bedroom, due to the severe lack of soundproofing, you can hear the taxi drivers and passers by conversations as clear as day - unacceptable! After complaining, half way through the 2 week holiday we were offered a change of Villa, although a decent offer, totally impractical. The inside decor, kitchen, upstairs bedroom and living room does need to be refurbished in places.

Far too noisy at night with traffic , taxi rank outside and bottle bank being emptied about 2.30am and 3am - restaurants constantly taking and emptying their bottles . The agent was unaware of this and assured us they would be talking to the council about it .

A centrally located villa with great outdoor space. good wifi and comfortable beds. A nice hamper on arrival.

Being near the recycling bins meant a lot of noise of breaking bottles etc. Villa was in a great location by the restaurants but noisy as a result. Two dishwasher tablets is not enough for a week when you have paid £2500. Kitchen was sparse with crockery.

Right in the centre of la caleta big size living and dining area and large bedrooms .. pool just the right size for couples or families .

Very spacious and clean. Nice outside eating area. Plus point is that ensuite master bedroom is upstairs. Near to some nice respectable restaurants and bars.

Tiles adjacent to swimming pool are very slippy when wet. All 3 of our children fell over. Some door locks need explaining as they have been fixed unconventionally.
