The house was in a great central location at 5 minutes fro san mark square and very close to many restaurants, bar and the shopping area. The house was very comfortable with three bedrooms and also a terrace at the top of the house. Highly recommended.

Very cozy apartment in the city center.

We loved that Salmaso Apartments was so close to shops and sights that we could walk to easily. As a family, we spent a lot of time outside of the apartment, but we appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of our accommodation when we returned. Beds and bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the living room and kitchen is spacious for our family to hang out and connect. WiFi info was readily accessible and easy to connect to. But the part we appreciated was the wonderful customer service and care by Stefania via Booking.com’s messaging service. She took care of all our transport bookings, and answered all our questions promptly and comprehensively. Grazie Mille, Stefania!

The apartment is quite big and the public transport is in the near. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook basic meals. The check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was strange. The blanket wasn't in a linen but it was in between two bedsheets. Like a bedsheet-blanket-bedsheet sandwich. It was uncomfortable.

Nice apartment, clean, good AC. Prompt response when we lost power. Reception at the hotel where you get the keys was very helpful and kind. Great location in Venice.

Only one bathroom.

It was beautiful, I felt completely at home. only better.

it would have been nice to look at something other than the neighbors roof, but really it wasn’t a big deal as we were out a lot looking at the beautiful city.

Location was amazing! Took the boat taxi from airport and the stop was right there where we had to pick up the keys. Traveled with 6 , 3 adults and 3 kids and the 3 bedrooms made our stay comfortable. All the amenities , washer and kitchen made our stay amazing!

Nothing much to complain except the first morning woke up to Ants in the bathroom. Found bug spray in closet but wasn’t happy about waking up to that.

The check-in was at a reception desk at Hotel Ala - only a couple of minutes away from the apartment. The apartment was clean and cozy, and having terrace access was really cool.

the location was amazing. The space was good. beds were comfy and it was clean

the kitchen was not good - old sink and appliances the plates etc didn’t look not very clean, we didn’t use them. we didn’t use the kitchen at all. there was one sofa for three people to sit on and it was a two seater sofa.

plenty of space and very close to San Marco. we loved the rooftop terrace. not a lot of noise from the street. Stefania was very helpful and responsive to all enquires.

could have done with more pillows on the beds - just had one per person

We have been at these apartments in the past. Location is good, facilities are basic but acceptable.

I think that overall the facilities are basic and the cleanliness of equipment e.g. in the kitchen leave a lot to be desired. I believe that other tenants do not treat the facilities as their own !!. Availability of e.g. toilet tissue would have been good i.e. I know they were present but not enough for 6 people for 5 nights -- so in general a "hot line" for some basic requirements would be useful.

Fantastic location and area, exceptionally clean, bright, great for a family of 4 but could accommodate more if required.

Spaceous. Décoration.location. close to the vaporetto. Easy to check in and out. Little map given to us.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet side street near the Giglio vaporetto stop (just one bridge to cross) and just minutes from St Mark’s Square. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which was clean and well appointed (cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, NESPRESSO machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, iron & ironing board, washing machine, TV in sitting room & bedroom, free WiFi, wardrobe with hangers and safe). The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. The apartment was perfect for our stay.

the property is advertised as 2 bedrooms which made us select this but was disappointed to find we had a double bed and a put up bed all in one bedroom. this made it difficult for my daughter who is 18 and had to share the room with us. we chose 2 bedrooms for privacy.
