Nur Guest House was so peaceful and so beautifully crafted. The dining room was indescribably picturesque with each table in its own pagoda on stilts in a beautiful Lilly pond. the pool was perfect. and clean. and the food was outstanding. Have the green curry. you will want it every night you are in Bali. the staff was always so obliging and trusting in every way.

Really enjoyed my stay at Nur Guest House. We had booked two different rooms. Both were really spacious, beautiful, huge bathroom with bathtub, super big comfy bed and very clean. Very nice bigger pool also. And most importantly a team of super kind humans. If you want to be very private on your porch, the Deluxe room is the better option as it's in the back garden behind the pool but really both rooms were lovely and come with a great view on the rice fields. Would have stayed longer if the Guest House wouldn't have been fully booked. Thank you for making us feel home 🏡🙏❤️

I really enjoyed this place. Spacious room with cosy bed. Really good conditioner placed in perfect place. Nice view from my windows. Staff was really helpful and gave me really valuable advice about Ubud. Thank you! And the most important part was - location! Really close to the main street but is in quiet area with super beautiful rice fields. Really recommend to stay on this street. You will enjoy every minute of your vacation :)

The bungalow was nice, the silent and the sound of the animals in the night was beautiful a really quite place close to the rice fields and also not far from the main road

The wifi wasn't working and the breakfast wasn't included

We stayed in huts with straw roofs - very nice. In the middle of rice fields, so very tranquilly with very pleasant view and with the sounds of bird and frogs. Food is good at the place at a fair price. Very helpful smiling staff.

The location is very good in the middle of the rice fields with a short distance to the main road, however, you have to walk from the main road to the Guesthouse, as there is no road but a paved path only for pedestrians and scooters. We were not unhappy about it, but would inform other guests of this. The gain is that it is a quiet place, where we would be happy to stay again.

It was super comfortable place to stay. Nice location with beautiful View of rice fields. The coffee shop here is fabulous spot to sit and relax. Very helpful and friendly owner! The place is super clean and beautiful.

Great location with a quiet and green ambience. You should expect to walk for about 5 mins from the main road via a narrow alley to get to the guest house. Bring a flash light at night as the tiny road will get pretty dark. The room was spacious and the bathroom was even larger. AC worked perfectly and hot water was surplus. Make sure to check out the pool. It was lovely. In the morning, they offered yummy breakfast options. Just remember to choose only 2 dishes as they will charge you from the 3rd one. Airport transfer was provided at IDR350K. If you love yoga, the Ubud Yoga house is just 2-min walk away.

We wanted an authentic Balinese experience and we got what we wished for. It was raining in our first night and a little frog visited us from the bathroom. Took me awhile to chase him out. There was also an army of ants on the floor trying to pick up something. Again, took me awhile to clear them out. As we made the choice to stay with nature, we kinda accepted the trade-off. Fortunately these animals didn't show up again. There also wasn't mosquitoes so we could sleep peacefully. The owner should also improve the in-room lighting which was dim.

Very nice environment, next to padi fields, with even ducks crossing over to the compound in the morning. Get to enjoy nature while the Ubud center buzz is just 10 min walk away from the guesthouse . Staffs are very helpful and friendly

A bit cumbersome to move the luggage even though the guesthouse will move it for you using a motorbike. Hired transport by car can't drop off directly due to accessibility of the guesthouse. Water pressure a bit low but that's not surprising given the location. Room could be more brightly lid

It was everything we needed and more. Super cozy accommodation, Nick and the staff are soooo friendly, helped with everything...we rented a scooter, took also a daytrip with Nick....everything just really uncomplicated and awesome!

We personally loved the location even though its important to note taxis cannot drive up 200m to the guest house. It was perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The food at the restaurant was also good. The room/villa itself was lovely and had a lot of potential with a beautiful pool.

It was very noisy at night with just about every animal wanting to make itself known. We didn't feel the door etc was properly sealed which meant bugs coming in (I'm very prone to getting bitten). We also had some sort of animal poo on our bedding when the room was clean one day. It's also good to make guests aware it can take some time to get a hot shower! 5-10 mins.

The place is beautiful and quite between banana plants and ricefields. In the nice pool you can swim a few meters and relax. Very kind people work there.

Only two small things: the showerhead had a bit „chalk“ on it and a dirtbag was missing in the bin.

Serene spot. Nice gardens and welcoming staff. Private, clean and neat bungalows in a small group. Pros outweigh cons.

Not accessible by car - walk or scooter only. They will scoot up your luggage though. Water pressure in shower lacking.

I love staying at nur! It’s the fourth time for us …. the location is great - tucked away from the busy main area but an easy stroll. Right in amongst the rice paddies and the Balinese ducks doing their thing, the pool, the room, the staff it’s all fabulous! We will be back once again 😀

I loved the addition of the cafe in the front but I wish that more Indonesian food was served! I sometimes think some balinese businesses serve too much western food and forget that we enjoy a good Nasi goreng 🤪

The beds were comfy, the staff were lovely, the food was AMAZING (there's a little restaurant attached to the guest house) and the views were top notch. Even though we were only minutes away from the city centre, it felt like we were in our own oasis far away from it all. On rainy days we barely left our rooms and ordered coconuts by the pool. I highly recommend you select 'breakfast included' in your booking - you get a whole breakfast menu to choose from to eat wherever you like. The pancakes and french toast were particularly good.

The plug in the bath didn't go 'all the way in' so it slowly drains the water. That being said, we didn't ask the staff to see if there was a fix, so there could have been a solution. We found our own solution mind you, so it wasn't a big deal. Because it's so hot in Bali, you prefer the pool to a bath anyway! Also there's a pretty gorgeous shower so...

We enjoyed the cool, clean and comfortable room with tasty breakfast including real fruit juices. The location is green and tranquil yet a very short walk to anything you like. Even a pool to cool-off. Nik and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thankyou

I loved everything about this property. can’t wait to stay here again. location was excellent. quiet, great service and wonderful host.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room and bathroom (and I even had a terrace). Nick and his team are super nice and helped me to rent a good scooter for my time in Bali. Great communication too! The swimming pool was perfect to relax in after a day of exploring. I loved the location: near the center of Ubud but I loved that the street is only accessible by scooter and not by car. The lack of cars driving by plus the lovely location in the rice fields, makes it the perfect quiet oasis in Ubud. I will definitely stay again if I return to Ubud!

The only remark I can come up with is that the wifi only works in the common areas - but I didn't mind actually. :-)

The only addition to the facilities i would suggest is a small mini fridge in the rooms, for keeping any of our purchased products cold.

Lovely bungalow situated in a beautiful and quiet area. The staff is very nice & brought me a tasty juice as a welcome drink. Great bed, lots of lights and large bathroom.

Amazing place! The owners are really kind and helpful. The bungalows are very beautiful. Very close to the centre of Ubud. Not even 10min walking. But beautifully located in the rice fields. Would definitely stay again! We had an amazing time :)

magical place. so close to the main high street but you feel like you're in another world, so quiet (apart from the frogs which we loved). great location, lovely room, great breakfast in a really special setting!
