Was very friendly and the pool was ideal in summer. Breakfast was very nice too.

Lovely sunny bedroom and outdoor patio area. Private modern bathroom
and a lounge area. Breakfast was great and overall the attention to detail was fantastic.

It suited the reason for being there
We were in Tauranga to see whaanau and have a birthday dinner with my parents. Thanks Jo and Sam for the hospitality.
The guest lounge had a power issue I hope it was fixed. It wasn't a big issue as we were away until late.

Everything was as advertised. Lovely stay. Couldn't fault anything. We would definitely recommend Grange Harbour View B&B.

Easy to find, comfortable beds, perfect for our little family group. Our hosts were really considerate and cared a lot about making our stay as comfortable as possible. The homemade breakfast fruit salad and cookies were a great touch!

Friendly owners and very clean property.
En-suite bathroom would have been preferred. But very comfortable overall as I was the only person there on the second night.

The house was warm, clean and comfortable, very welcoming. Breakfast was great with a selection of food and fruit. Sam and Jo provided an excellent stay.

Hosts very well organised and very obliging and the home was very well equipped
we did have a slight concern about the bathroom being down the hall from the bedroom but this was not a problem at all as it was close and well lit.

We were greeted at the door by Sam (owner) who immediately made us feel very welcome and at ease. We had emailed the property beforehand to inform them one of our party is vegan. They acknowledged this and made sure they had suitable options available for breakfast which we appreciated.
The b&b is tucked away down a short secluded driveway. We arrived at Tauranga in the dark which made it a little difficult to find. Some sort of sign by the roadside would be helpful but this is just a minor quibble.
