can’t fault it.

This is a wonderful place to stay on Tenerife. The photos seriously do not do the property justice. It really has the wow factor. We really couldn't have asked for more. The decor is just fabulous The house is so clean, looked after by Monika. The kitchen has every conceivable piece of apparatus you could need - and more. Also outside has a bbq and a mini kitchen to prepare the bbq. We chose not to hire a car and used the services of John M, a friend of the owner to drive us to other places (his card is at the property). This was like having our own tour guide, John is so knowledgeable about the Island and a wonderful friendly man. We learnt so much. For us it was a perfect location in the village Charco del Pino with a very good supermarket (5 mins walk) selling anything - fresh local veg, shoes, alcohol, clothes and even gluten free bread. Also there are 3 bars serving tapas. We liked the middle one called El Quinto Pino. We would stay at this wonderful home in an instance.

Great base away from tourism to chill and go for day trips. Very friendly folks. Very beautiful and tidy.

Wonderful townhouse next to Granadilla de Abona! It looks like this was the previous house of Mar and her husband, with many lovely details, a kitchen with really every tool you could imagine to need, two spacious bathrooms, large dining area, room with tv and one room with open fire. The garden area and the pool is very nice, you have also a garden kitchen if needed and a barbecue area. Mar organized the handing over of the keys perfectly, she was also available for all questions. We would definitively come back!

The only very small downside is that the poolwater is relatively cold. Nevertheless, we have been swimming every day, but for children this might be a problem. I don't know if this is better in summer time, we have been there in November.

Casa Juan Vera is a beautiful and very comfortable family property. Everything we needed was there for us. The furniture was very comfortable, plenty of everything in the kitchen including a dishwasher, a separate laundry room, a beautifully furnished family home. The outside space has several seating areas, a pool and well kept gardens. There is parking space on the driveway. This is not a standard ‘holiday rental’ but an inviting, comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated home. We really couldn’t have hoped for a nicer place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
