L'appartement est au calme et c'est joli
Un studio avec frigo et micro ondes mais pas une assiette pas un verre pas un couvert, placards vides, rideaux qui tombent donc jour tôt le matin dommage..

Todo, no hay nada cerca la ubicación super peligrosa , calles orribles.. nada de lo que muestran las fotos es real , todo esta viejo y en malas condiciones sábanas super feas y viajas al igual que las camas los muebles super viejos nada real a las fotos

Tenía alberca y el espacio era un poco más al promedio
El personal es muy déspota y grosero. No puedo creer que traten así a sus clientes. Deberían cerrar este lugar o vetarlo.

Klimatyzacja baaaardzo głośna. Kuchnia bez jakiegokolwiek wyposażenia. Nie doczyszczone wszystko. Ciepła woda szybko się kończyła.

Not far from the airport. It took us 15 minutes with our rental car ( Saturday morning: 6:30am)

Nothing, We left after being there for literally 10 minutes.
Its in the ghetto, not a place you want to be in. When arriving in the area there, we thought we were being kidnapped. The pictures are technically true, but grossly lying at the same time.

There is no breakfast . Everything was tidy but a little run down. This is merely a stop gap on the way to the airport, the area is semi industrial and a little off the beaten track. I didn’t feel safe outside the compound but okay inside as gated with reception . The place is a bit tatty but provided clean towels soap etc . I didn’t expect much and just needed to be near the airport. Price was the main driver. Taxis are ridiculous prices be prepared . Tulum and Cancun have gone downhill and it’s not as safe right now.

the rooms
the receptionist. Honestly her attitude was very demanding. I understand that the check out is at 12pm and I was leaving at 12:15 because I was running late on some things from work, and she was demanding that I leave the room with a very angry and upset tone of voice. very unpleasant. Her name is Mariana and I would suggest that she finds another kind of job that will suit her attitude and professionalism, if she were to have any.

Host was very kind and helpful. Greeted us immediately upon arrival. Room was cozy with great AC. Slept very comfortably and appreciated how close it was to the airport.

the property was very clean.
wifi connection is poor in the room so you may wanna stay in the gazebo where the wifi is good.
it is by the highway and the side streets was so bad. there was a nearby market but there isnt much to see there.

The villa is in a very safe and private area. We had a rental car and felt very comfortable with the location. It was close to the airport. The neighborhood outside the hotel isa little isolated. It's a 7 block walk to find a restaurant or store.

Very difficult to get too. Incredibly rough road more suited to dump trucks and other heavy equipment.
Bedding seemed clean. Around door handles, lights switches etc were filthy. Couch was filthy.
