Amazing house! The location, set up, amenities and view were perfect. Jay was a super responsive host and we enjoyed the boat, fishing, pool, grill and bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a picturesque canal near everything. Would highly recommend for familes.

House always is so inviting and Jay continues to add extra amenities to make your stay just feel so welcome and comfortable! Exceptional is accurate. The home had everything we needed. Jay was great to work with. We rented the boat and at the end of the week, realized we didn’t get out of the pool enough to see all we wanted. The pool is large, nice shade to relax. Quiet. Saw dolphins and manatees on the boat! Plenty of towels, comfy beds. No internet or tv issues. We borrowed floaties and sand toys from my parents. This vacation was so great. We will return next year if we haven’t bought our own property by then. Thank you for sharing your home, Jay!

We had the best time here! Relaxing is an understatement! The house has all you need to cook in (we bought fresh fish one evening) or many great restaurants close by! We rented the boat and the captain gave us the best tutorial to make our adventures safe and enjoyable! Great neighborhood to walk in!! The worst part was the “no see ums” so take bug spray and use it all the time! We would definitely rent again!!

The house, property and neighborhood was great! We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and would recommend this home for another stay. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. Having the option for the boat was a treat. Florida seems to be experiencing high amount of bugs this year so if bugs tend to like you then have bug spray available and wear long pants at dusk around the water 😉. We will be back!

Hard to summarize this property with all of its amazing amenities! The house was just beautiful, and the communication with a host was spot on. My family loved the pool, but renting the boat was the icing on the cake! Enjoyed the many waterways and restaurants, with daily views of dolphins. Highly recommend. Will rent again!

Jay was extremely responsive and informative to help with any questions we had. The house was great and suited our needs perfectly (7 in our party ranging 4 to 71). The outdoor area was terrific with the patio, pool/hot tub all being inside the lanai. Being able to access that area and have the view through sliding doors from basically any point in the house (2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room) was pretty nice. We also rented the boat with the house and enjoyed that thoroughly.

By far one of the top properties that we've stayed in. We've stay in VRBO properties for many years in many different locations, but this one was awesome. We were a little hesitant because of recent hurricane and just some of the negative feedback from the area. The house, owner/property manager, boat rental,etc were all wonderful. This truly is an amazing place to stay! We had a 9 day stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was perfect for our needs and air conditioning throughout was very welcome in Florida in August. We rented the boat which really was the icing on the cake. The location of the house to get out on to the water could not be better. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a boating holiday in Cape Coral. The home is amazing and feels just like home. The beds are all very comfortable. We did not use the room with the twin beds. The pool and hot tub were great! The canal was cool. It has great views in the morning from the pool area. Lots of books available to read. I recommend, From Good to Great. The neighbors are quiet. Jay communicated quickly to answer questions. I had a fantastic vacation! I miss Jay's home and Florida already.

Absolutely perfect
My family of 6 had an amazing vacation from A to Z!!! Can’t say enough about how great everything was. We utilized the boat almost everyday and we brought our waverunner as well. Had access to the most beautiful beaches from Ft Myers to Sanibel Island to North Captiva. Very easy to navigate the waters! House was more than big enough for us all! Had everything you need for vacation! Pool was great because the kids never got enough water all day in ocean and as soon as we got back, in the pool they went! Hot tub was a great spot for us older people to recover for the next day. Lol. As an added bonus, we had the pleasure of meeting Jay and his two teenagers in person as he was in town for most of the week and had his beautiful new boat parked at dock. Jay went out of his way to spend extra time with us to give us local tips on places to go on land and water and make sure all our needs were met on our vacation!! Can’t thank him enough for all he did. Truly great guy!! Would totally recommend this house for vacation and if you love the water, beaches dolphins, wildlife and scenery, renting his boat is a must!!!!

Brought the family this time!!
This is our second time booking this beautiful and comfortable property. We love the home and the location cannot be beat!! The beds and furniture are all comfortable, the home has been lovingly taken care of is well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need.
We have also taken advantage of renting the owner’s boat both times. We were there in August 2021 and immediately came home and discussed a return date with our adult kids and their significant others. The boat was upgraded since we were last there!! And it was a great boat before!!
We are already looking at dates for a return trip in early fall.
This home is more than comfortable for a couple or a family!! Jay is incredible with communication and everything is so easy!!

This is a wonderful property! It was very clean and had a great layout. The pool was perfect on the hot days and the hot tub was perfect on the cooler nights. Being able to rent the boat right at the property made day trips by boat a regular part of our vacation. The boat captain that came and did an orientation was very thorough. Overall I can't say enough about this property- we had an awesome time and the house met all our expectations. Jay was great about getting back to me quickly with any questions I had. Thanks Jay!

This is a perfect property for families with a well maintained pool and split home layout. The grandchildren spent hours swimming! This home is lovely, spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare dinner. The icing on the cake was a fantastic boat! The property has exceptional access to the waterways. I personally enjoyed the serene sunsets from the beautiful dock with a great view of passing boats. Also, the owner was very accommodating, rapidly responding to inquiries. This is a beautiful property!! Has very easy quick access to the Gulf via boat. Owner has a great boat available to rent for an additional fee. The house is very well furnished, and decorated. The house is exactly as described. It has everything you could possibly need. The owner was great with answering questions. He gave some great dinner suggestions. Grocery store is super close. The lanai is great and still able to sit out there in the rain without getting wet. (We were there when Elsa came thru.). Pool and hot tub were very nice.

Great Place, Great Location
When we look for a place in Cape Coral we’re always trying to be as close as we can to the river. This location was perfect for that. Quick out of the canal system and right to the water. Plus having a boat that was running from the owner of the house so it was there and ready to go when we arrived was perfect. Definitely a place will look to stay at again.
The house was well stocked with nice cooking equipment. Use the grill almost every single day and everything works great in the house. The pool in the pictures is different than what it actually is, and it’s better than what the pictures show. The pools been reconfigured with a new spa Integral to the pool.
Overall I could not give this house high enough marks. It was perfect for us
