excellent location. walkable distance to Rose Garden. They have arranged food for us on time. Staff behaviour was excellent. They are so pleasing and ready to help.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bed sheets and pillows.

The toilets could be better. The approach road is horrible. Poor sound isolation from nearby rooms, group travellers making noise.

I don't like the way to the property. The roads were not good and need to be constructed again, it takes around 10 min by car to reach the property from the main road and that on a bumpy road.

Nothing to like at this, totally waste of money

Room space is very less and congested. No breakfast is included even with the high price. Too expensive for the facilities they provide.

It is very far from road and Google map is showing incorrect location.

Location is good and accessible to nearest ooty spots, Staff were friendly and supportive. rooms were clean and spacious hygienic. Parking was available. Magesh, Praksah and Saravan good and given the info which we need to follow in OOTY

Break fast , coffee ,Tea not available. Due to lot of cold, at least they would have provided coffee or Tea. Since OOTY is famous for Tea. Geyser was heating slowly due to which we need to wait for longer time to take bath. I think they need to improve in these area

The stay was very pleasant , really liked how supportive the staffs were . The service at the stay was amazing . Kudos to Magesh, Saravanan for being warm and very kind !

The staff were very polite and helpful. The food they provide is also delicious. It's value for money.

It's located a bit far from the market place and the narrow roads make it difficult to commute to and fro for a car. And it's on a hill so walking up and down is exhausting.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The view from the balcony was nice and relaxing.

No hot water in the bathroom makes the experience of the stay miserable. It was very uncomfortable to use freezing water when the temperature outside is also low. I was informed that hot water would come if the tap would be kept running for a while. It never worked and it was very disappointing. At this price breakfast should be included but was not. Overall not a good experience.
