We had a basketball tournament in the area. The house was a great location to all the local gyms we had to travel to. Close grocery stores when needed. The check in process was easy. House had everything we needed and more!

We had 1 over night stay but thoroughly enjoyed our short visit to the area and this home. Although we were graciously told we could extend our check out time we had to leave earlier than expected due to a kennel issue at home with our dog.Communication with the host was very easy and he was extremely helpful regarding telling us about the area and things we may need. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the State College area. This home and its location has everything you could possibly need . Don't hesitate to book this , it has accommodations for all ages and you will enjoy your stay.

2 families stayed for THON weekend and it was perfect. 2.5 miles to get to the Bryce Jordan. House was just what we needed, beds were comfortable (for the little sleep we got), the kitchen was nice and had all we needed.
Kevin reached out before we arrived to make sure we were all set for our stay.

Stayed here while moving daughter into Penn State dorms. It’s a quick drive to the campus, downtown, and shops. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room and it was great to be able to spread out. We will be back!

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Came in on Friday to tour the PSU campus for my daughter and to see the PSU Rutgers game Saturday. It was so conveniently located to the campus and stadium just 2 miles away ! Great neighborhood and wonderful accommodations! Clean and spacious with many amenities included!

Great weekend. House was clean and exactly as represented. About a 10 minute ride to University Park, but no problems. Will definitely stay again.

We were moving our youngest into PSU and this property was perfect in every way! After our long 7 1/2!hour drive, we had all the amenities, we had plenty of room, cooked a wonderful dinner on Wednesday night and played a few of the games at the house. Wonderful way to make the Freshman move-in process pain free. Host was FANTASTIC as well!! Will definitely book again!

We stayed for my daughter’s graduation from PSU. The house is very close to PSU and downtown. The house was very clean and accommodated our whole group. We enjoyed a preseason Eagles game on the large tv with space for everyone to sit. The beds are super comfy with sheets and enough towels provided. Kevin was easy to communicate with and responsive for any questions or concerns. We will stay again.

We lived in State College for decades, and returned to the area for a long weekend. We were all talking about how we'd never fully recognized what a great location Lemont is. It's close to everything! The house is cozy and well appointed, with plenty of seating and two different gathering spaces for when you want to do kids down and adults up! There are some super fun games in the lower level, too, which provided great entertainment when we weren't out enjoying town.

We came to town to race the inaugural Penn State Ironman The home is not far from main campus in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, lots of games to keep you occupied in the evening or a rainy day. I would recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay near the college.

We truly enjoyed staying here while my daughter attended a PSU day sports camp. The house was exactly what we needed in a quiet neighborhood close to campus. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed for a tournament at Penn State. The house was super convenient. The rooms were nice (although I did bang into the bunk beds in the master bedroom on a midnight bathroom trip), and the games were a huge hit (even with my kids being older), condiments in the kitchen was a bit odd, but nevertheless appreciated. Having all of the kitchen utensils was also a nice bonus!
The one knock would be that the TV in the master didn't work. Everything else was great, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean property. Very helpful having iron, hand held vaccuum, and thoughtful ammenities. Also, Thank you for allowing us an early check-in and late check-out, d/t our unexpected family death, on our arrival. It was so kind and helpful. It allowed us to grieve some before the wedding and then to extend for the funeral. Just a suggestion: It would be good to remove tent cover on playset since it is falling down and LOL....More toilet paper would be helpful. The charger we left is not ours. Found it in smaller upstairs bedroom and left it on side table. Thank you!

We spent the weekend visiting our daughter and this was the perfect house that is so close to both the stadium and campus. The house has everything you need and Kevin was a great host! Loved the coffee shop within walking distance to the house.

My family rented Kevin's house for the weekend. It was a perfect spot to hang out and it comfortably slept everyone! The house was clean and comfortable, and it had a convenient location-- just a short ride to the stadiums and downtown. The house was also equipped with everyone we could possibly need: games, a grill, plenty of dishes, paper products, and tons of kitchen gadgets (even and blender and a crockpot). We will definitely be back! *The beds were comfy too*

This is a lovely home for a Penn State football weekend. Great location close to downtown and the stadium, and equipped with lots of nice family touches for guests of all ages. Well worth a return visit!

Kevin was a very communicative and flexible host who worked with us to coordinate for our stay for the PSU game. The house worked perfect for our group with ample space/ couches that fit everyone. There were a ton of games and the welcome basket was greatly appreciated! Would recommend staying and booking again in the future.

We traveled to State College for our daughter's sports camp and couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. Kevin's house was comfortable, clean and convenient to the campus. Kevin himself is terrific - helpful and communicative. We weren't home much but the living room was perfect for relaxing and chatting and the beds and bedding were super comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

Large group needed a space to stay for a football weekend. House comfortably fit all 12 of us. The house was clean, communication was good, and all arrival/departure instructions were very clear. House is quick drive to downtown State College and easy access to the highway to get to the tailgaiting lots in the morning.

This house was just about perfect for a visit to state college. The location is ideal. Quiet neighborhood and the house has many comforts. The PSU decor was adorable and the owner was easy to get in touch with if I had any questions. We ended up hosting a dinner with friends and the house offered extra seating and tables. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels, toiletries, and paper goods provided. Highly recommend.

Our group of 9 long time friends had a great weekend visiting for the PSU game. The home is located within 2 miles of the stadium and was a quick drive to the parking lot Saturday morning. As an added bonus the trailhead to Mt. Nittany was within a mile of the house which set me up for a fun trail run to the top on Sunday morning. The house was in great shape and we appreciated the nice gift basket left by the hosts in the kitchen. It was a bit tight for 9 adult guys, but we made it work.

We had a great stay!! The house was perfect for our group of 10! A bedroom for each couple...and the kids thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the basement! Everything was neat, clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen!! The house is a very quick drive to Penn State, Beaver Stadium and down town! Kevin was very helpful and a pleasure to rent from! We will definitely be back again soon!!

This house is in a great location to quickly access PSU by car. The house was very clean and well-furnished. The Host was very responsive when we had any questions and accommodating for our one request. The house has a nice, well stocked kitchen and plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during Move-In week at PSU and would recommend this rental to anyone for footballs games or other events at the University Park campus.

My husband, children, and parents had a fantastic stay at this home while in State College for summer graduation. The home was clean, spacious, comfortable, perfectly and tastefully decorated with PSU flare, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a weekend away! Our hosts reached out ahead of time and were readily available for communication and to answer any questions we had during the stay. Because of this, “check-in” was super fast and easy. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and so tranquil, yet just a short drive to campus and town. My children (14 and 12) felt like college kids themselves and took over the lower level where they found games, a comfortable family room with a huge TV, and a roomy bedroom while the adults enjoyed the spacious upstairs family room, kitchen, deck space and bedrooms. From the “Welcome to PSU” care package to the buttery soft sheets and bright white, extra luxe bath towels, this home has it all- if we have the opportunity to return to State College, this will be my top choice for our home away from home.

What a wonderful property. Our family was in town for a wedding and this property was perfect. The host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of toys and games to keep the little ones happy both inside and outdoors.

This home is just as advertised. My family stayed here for about a week to visit my mom who lives in State College. The home is very conveniently located and is perfect if you have kids. Kevin was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend and consider again :)

We had a great stay and Kevin was a diligent host. We had an unexpected maintenance issue and he arranged for a technician to be at the property very quickly. He communicated promptly, the property was clean and comfortable for our family of 7. All the supplies we needed were provided as well. We will definitely make a return visit. Thanks for everything!
