Nouvellement rénové chalet de 3 chambres, à quelques pas de la plage et très bien situé de vacances en famille! Nouvelle cuisine et appareils électroménagers. 2 nouveaux bains complètes une au 1er étage et un autre au 2ème étage. Queen chambre à coucher principale 2ème étage avec terrasse et vue sur l'océan. Deuxième chambre 2ème étage avec lit double et lit jumeau. Troisième chambre au 1er étage avec deux - lits jumeaux. Nouveau mobilier dans la cuisine et un coin salon. Nouveau câble de télévision à écran plat / DVD / internet sans fil. New rondelle pleine grandeur et la sécheuse. Pont hors de la cuisine arrière-cour, douche extérieure, barbecue à gaz, etc. La ville de Dennis a certains des meilleurs restaurants, golf et la pêche à Cape Cod pour que vous appréciiez.

We absolutely loved our time at this house! The home had plenty of space for all of us and the furnishings/appliances were in great condition. The proximity to the beach was absolutely fantastic.
Not only that, the house was well stocked with little things like ziplock bags and wares that allowed the space to feel like home. We’d love nothing more than to stay here again!

Perfect location for a beach getaway. Very convenient to walk to the beach, go back for lunch and be able to enjoy a full beach day. The house is very clean and comfortable, the hosts were very responsive to questions and we enjoyed our stay very much. Will absolutely be going back next year!

Perfect for our week long summer vacation with another family. There were a total of 4 adults and two kids around 13. We made some great memories playing games at the dining room table and enjoying the back deck. Well kept home with beautiful updated kitchen and bathrooms. 4 min walk to the beach. Although it was very seaweedy there is a fun river you can float on as well as places to find creatures and explore. My only sort of negative comment is the attached 2nd rental. The folks who were staying there were very nice but you do have to share the outdoor shower. The other outdoor spaces were sort of separate but you are very close to one another. Joe was very responsive and his home is perfect for summer cape vacation. Would highly recommend.

This place is a perfect location for a family with young children. We have three kids 5 years old and younger and having access to the beach that is steps away at the end of the street is invaluable to us. Don't have to worry about beach parking or costs! The house is updated and clean and equipped with everything you would need. The large decks off the kitchen/dining room and upstairs bedroom are an added bonus. The owners are always quick with communication. We would definitely book again.

We loved this 3 bedroom cottage in West Dennis! You have a view of the South Village beach and the Swan River from the upstairs deck. The kitchen and dining area is recently updated and so well done!!! It was also well stocked and very clean. The downstairs deck is also very comfortable to hang out in. We really loved the cottage.

Beautiful home with really stellar remodeling in the kitchen and bathrooms. A 3 minute walk to the beach, making a simple roll out of bed and hit the beach routine really easy. Great recommendations from Joe on things to do during the week - we actually did two of them: Wellfleet Drive In and a Cape Cod League Baseball game.

Our family had the best week at this cozy cottage. Location, location, location... a short stroll to the beach made this cottage an ideal spot. Plenty of room for 6 adults to relax comfortably. Brand new kitchen, spacious dining area, beautiful view of the water from the master suite deck. Each room had a fan and very comfortable beds. Great breeze at night provided great weather for sleeping. Large back deck with grill and outdoor shower. Joe was very easy to communicate with and helped ensure we had a fantastic family vacation. This is an A++ location, house, and owner. Already booked for next year!!

Beautiful house with a great location just steps to the beach, especially helpful with a toddler who still needs to nap! Owner was very responsive, has great recommendations, and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

The location of this house is awesome. It’s located near the beach and the river. Lots of boogey boarding and tubing. Plus a great place for the the kids to catch crabs!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful 1 week stay at Joe & Colleen’s cottage in West Dennis. The cottage is nicely updated and fully equipped with everything you could need to feel at home right away. The neighborhood is quiet, and a great location for kids. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. Fast Wifi was greatly appreciated. There are two outdoor decks, and a very nice gas grill. Best of all, this cottage is just a couple hundred yards away from two lovely beaches. It was very easy to walk back and forth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend this place to our friends. Thank you Joe & Colleen!

This property and its host exceeded all of our expectations. The property is well maintained and has many modern updates. The location was a perfect distance from everything that Cape Cod has to offer and the host provided lots of recommendations via email to avoid additional searches for food and entertainment. The property is within walking distance to a great beach and also multiple dining options. I would highly recommend that anyone want to visit Cape Cod, to definitely consider this property.

This property had a great location and amazing water/sunset views from the deck off the master bedroom. It was clean and well appointed with quality furnishings. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Owner was kind, extremely responsive, and helpful providing local recommendations. We enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend the property/location.
