Very nice home, very clean , clean pool ..kitchen comes with everything you need .. I would stay here again

Talk about a home away from home, this is it! We spent the majority of our vacation here!! Kitchen well stocked for all your cooking needs, gas grill in back yard and pool floats for the pool. Was in Vegas 4 days and only on the strip 2 days for a total of 10 hours. Loved the peace and quiet of the neighbor hood and just relaxing in and around the pool.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great. We would highly recommend.

Debbie was quick to respond prior to our trip which was for a bowling tournament. 5 adults stayed and it was perfect for all of us. The house was beautiful and as 2 of us arrived early, her grandson got the home ready and allowed us to check in early that day. He walked us through everything and made sure we were comfortable before he left. I would definitely stay there again! It made our 1st trip to Vegas amazing!

This property is wonderful. It gave us a nice homey place to end a weeks long stay in Arizona. The property owner was very available as was her grandson. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We enjoyed this property while in Vegas for the entire month of February. The house had everything we needed and was close to shopping and parks. We will definitely stay here again when in Vegas.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Northwest Las Vegas about 30-60 minutes from airport depending upon time of day traffic. House was very comfortable for 4 adults with 4 beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with laundry facilities. Clean property and in excellent condition. Open floor plan with a very workable kitchen. Has all of the kitchen utensils and tools to create home cooked meals. Has a gas ambient fire place. Did not use the pool since not heated and it was cold in Las Vegas during our stay. Lots of comfortable seating in living room and dining room and outside. The only very slight negative was that the hot water heater ran out of hot water after 2 showers, so we had to stagger shower times, but only a minor inconvenience. Excellent property and would definitely book again.

Don't miss out on this charming home. We used it for a quick getaway weekend for me, my wife, and our adult children (19-26). Debbie runs an efficient and professional VRBO with all communication and processes handled quickly and easily. The house itself is well decorated and spacious, providing us with room to be together, but not on top of each other. You have quick and easy access to downtown Las Vegas for night's on the town, or to the interstate for road trips into the desert. Our only regret was that our stay was in January, so it was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but we did enjoy sitting next to it while relaxing between adventures. When we return to Vegas this will be our first choice.

Well appointed house. Quite neighborhood. Great location. I would absolutely be recommend this property and can certainly see starting here again.

We picked this place site to the amount of rooms as well as the pool. The home was just as advertised and worked really well for us. We found it's also very close to Walmart, Smiths and Costco which was really convenient. We didn't get to use the pool quite as much as planned since we got back late each night but we did get to at least dip our feet in each night which really helped after walking miles each day. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was easy to find each day. We would definitely stay here again and plan to see if it's available for our next family trip to Vegas.

The five of us totally enjoyed our stay...Debbie the owner is great she met all our reqirements...and even visited with us a short time....more than willing to have her join in with us...more than willing to come back and stay....made many memories with our family.

From the booking process to the check- out was very smooth. The house was perfect for us. The pools was the savior with the 110degree heat. The fence was such a relief with the 3 yr old. Location was great for shopping, eating out, movies, gambling, etc. we had trouble understanding the cable tv but we just signed into Netflix with no problem. This house was a great pick!

This house was beautiful! I loved the layout of the home. I enjoyed spending time in the backyard poolside and also hanging out and playing games and doing puzzles was the relaxation I needed. The home was in a peaceful neighborhood as well. The drive to the strip wasn’t too bad either. The location of the home was great next to a Walmart and so many great food places to eat!! Will definitely love to stay here again! The hosts were also amazing and so very helpful.

Great check in process, away from city to enjoy a quiet stay, but only 10 min drive vegas strip.

Our experience with this property was wonderful! Check in was easy with Benjamin and the neighborhood is so quiet. Our kids loved the pool and they enjoyed it a lot. Smiths market is 3 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again in the near future. Price is also great for holidays weekend. Thank You Debbie and Benjamin for a great host.

Owner was very responsive when I had questions. They also provided a crib for my 1 year old. Would stay there again.

The inside of the house was nice and clean but, I was very dissatisfied with the swimming pool. It was dirty. I was told the maintenance person will show up the next day, and during my 4 days stayed no one showed up. I had to clean the pool surface but I could not clean the bottom.

This house was a comfortable place to stay. Low frills and could use a little updating, but a decent value for the price. Both the host and property manager were great to work with and made the process very easy! We would stay there again.

This was the best experience with airbnbs! Not only was the hostess communicative, understanding, and flexible with checkout, but the house and pool were the perfect getaway from the craziness of Vegas. I had all 4 of my kids (3 under 3 mind you) with me and it was perfectly safe, neighbors were nice, and she had pool fenced in with safety lock. Furthermore, I lost my phone several times and needed the maps she supplies in the binder! Literally had EVERYTHING I needed and more! Will definitely be staying again!

We all loved our stay. Very clean! I spent more time here than out sightseeing. Very relaxing. I don't want to leave. I definitely will stay here again.

Debbie makes the whole rental process so easy. Her grandson Benjamin is great at answering all your questions and he's only a phone call away. The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. The house is very spacious, kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels and the beds were all comfy! We stayed on some fresh days, so the pool was a tad bit cold but our girls still jumped in for hours. Our pups enjoyed the stay as well as they had plenty of space outside to run and play. I was very pleased with the property. Everything we needed for the weekend was provided. Nice rooms and beautiful kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and the kids loved the pool.

This is a great house in the North Las Vegas area. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The check-in / check-out process was great - we will certainly stay again!

This was our first time using VRBO for our family. The property was priced great. It was a little further away from the strip but for the price you pay. The amenities and the swimming pool was well worth the little extra drive. Pool was freezing but we were also there when it was super windy which made it worse. On any other summer day in Vegas it would be perfect. Property owner was great, and we were in constant communication to make sure we were being taken care of. She even bought us swimming towels so we would not have to bring ours. Open communication and honesty is key when dealing with VRBO and the property owners.

Debbie was great in working with the change of dates due to the Covid restriction s given at the time of the initial booking. It was very much appreciated

This property was near family we were visiting. Many places to eat and pick up things we needed nearby. The house was perfect for our family and pets. Thanks Debbie and Benjamin

Very clean, excellent host, easy to communicate with, and pictures are accurate. We had an excellent vacation and the useful tips in the binder helped us choose what to do and where to go. Nice location close to strip but not too close for the kids.
