The home was immaculately clean and very well maintained. Manager was easily accessible when some minor problems arose. House is spacious with numerous amenities. Would certainly recommend to others.

Plenty of space and well appointed amenities. Game room was a big plus for our kiddos. Also, the heated salt water pool was a beautiful space. What you don’t know until you arrive is the lovely landscaping. Dining Al fresco available in many spots. This place is clean, comfortable and quite delightful.

Wonderful property!. Gorgeous and clean. Hot week and the pool was wonderful. Warm, salt water was good for everyone! Tons of room for everyone to have their own space. Loved the pool table! Hot tube was a treat too. Thank you Charlie for all the great suggestions. We will rent again!

Everything about our vacation was perfect! If you have a big family and your looking for a house with plenty of room , this is the place. The host , Charlie was great , he met us at the house , and took us through showed us all the rooms and the beautiful outdoor space. We asked about restaurants and he guided us to some great choices that we enjoyed. Tommy Gunn for pizza and George Henry for dinner. I highly recommend them both. My family and I made so many beautiful memories here we will definitely return! We were 11adults and 4 children from 5 to 6months and of course our family dog , we had enough room for all of us with room to spare. Town was 20 minutes from the house and the grocery store just up the road. There also is a urgent care 5 minutes from the house , which is great if you would need it. We had a blast ! I hope if anyone chooses to stay they enjoy it as much as we all did! 😊

My family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children, ages 2, 4, and 6) rented Charlie’s wonderful house that seemed to have everything you could want or need. My husband and I rent a vacation house every year and this one was the most well-stocked ever. It was so great that we didn’t have to bring sheets and towels. We all enjoyed the beautiful yard and landscaping and the amazing heated pool (well secured with locks and fencing). The family also enjoyed the hot tub. We made smores by the fire pit in the evening and enjoyed some meals on the deck. Charlie was an excellent host and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this beautiful house in the future.

I am hesitant to review this property for fear that it will make it all the more difficult to book in the future...Charlie and Alex have created a Shangri-La in the midst of the Lake George region!! This property is amazing from the spacious home to the sizeable yard. The pool, hot tub and several deck areas are a vacationers paradise. Cleanliness was over the top!!! Charlie was always available for questions. We will be back again. Thank you Charlie and Alex for sharing your home

The house was great! Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great and the fire pit was awesome. Plenty of yard space and Charlie was very attentive when needed for bbq gas! The home was comfortable inside with lots of space to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances too. Definitely recommend!

Charlie met us within minutes of our arrival. He gave us a tour of the property. It was beyond gorgeous. It is clear a lot of time and effort goes into this property. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds with plenty of space to unpack your belongings. The backyard is an oasis. The pool was clean,water was the perfect temperature, and there was a lot of options for outdoor seating.
We did need to reach out to Charlie once for a question. He quickly responded and helped us.
It was the perfect vacation home. We have already booked for another week next year!

The property was amazing! The weather wasn't on our side but there was so much to do between the hot tub, pool table and 1 spacious living rooms noone felt crowded or bored. We had one small hiccup but the property manager was quick to respond and address it. Would highly reccomend

The house was huge! Had everything you needed. The hot tub was real nice at the end of the day as well as having s'mores at the bonfire. The only thing we had a little issue with was the water pressure and the grill tank was empty but Charlie filled it once we requested. Great rental for family get-togethers! Had a great stay!

Our family had the pleasure of staying in Lake George for the long weekend at this rental. There were quite a few of us for our annual get-together, and we had plenty of room. The owner met us when we arrived to give us a quick walkthrough of the house and overview of some of the features. We had to call him over to point out a minor issue, and he arrived within minutes of our call, which was really great! The accommodations were great, and all of the amenities were up to date and worked fantastic. The outdoors offered a great deal of room out front to play football, and spend some great quality time in the evening around the fire pit in the back. This time of year, the pool was closed, but we made great use of the hot tub! The pool area looks like something straight out of a hotel with loads of space for many guests, and appears very well taken care of. The keyless entry to the front door was very convenient, as no one had to worry about bringing (or losing!) house keys when we ventured out. The location was perfect, with a nearby park for the kids and very close access to restaurants and supermarkets. Overall, it was an amazing weekend, and this rental played a major part in making it enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely recommend it, and would consider booking it for future vacations!

It was more than we imagined! The house was beautiful and clean! the kids had great fun in the pool. It was convenient to the highway and places we wanted to go. It was a joy staying there.

Our family of 13 can’t stop talking about our awesome week (8-06 through 8-13-22)in this clean and well stocked vacation rental. Alex directed us to The George Henry Restaurant where we had a great lunch before checking in. Charlie greeted us, gave us a tour and answered all our questions. Very impressed with the more than adequate seating in the house, on the 3 patios, around the fire pit and on the pool deck. The 2 kitchens 2 fridges and grill made cooking easy for our large group. Location .. Location.. Location!!! 2-3 min drive to the local stores and 10-15 min drive to Lake George Village. We toured Fort William, traveled around the Lake on the Minne HaHa, saw the fireworks, played miniature golf and stopped for ice cream at Martha’s Dandee Cream. Our teenagers enjoyed the table games in the basement and the boys have become really good pool players. We spent 3 days swimming & relaxing around the big beautiful pool and enjoyed s’mores & pie iron sandwiches around the campfire. Our last day was spent playing CORNHOLE and the winners of the tournament got trophies engraved with LAKE GEORGE FAMILY VACATION 2022 . Thank you Alex and Charlie for making your comfortable well appointed home available to us on this very memorable family vacation.

We've never stayed at a cleaner place! Plenty of room for everyone. Great location. At any time of the day, you can find sunny or shady areas with plenty of outdoor furniture. Close to Lake George and other attractions. I highly recommend this Adirondack Riverside Retreat.

Great family getaway
We loved our stay and the house had everything we needed for an extended family vacation. The house is very clean and the amenities were great for our group of 9. The house is a good location for a quick drive to Lake George Village, Bolton Landing and Glen Falls. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here with some friends and family last weekend, was a lovely big house and we all loved our rooms, the pool, and games that came along with it. A few things to note was the pool that was supposed to be heated was not, and check out time is very early. Besides that we all loved staying here and would come back!

Great property for a large group
This was a great place for a weekend away for a large group of friends - the house is spacious with large enough living and dining areas that the 9 of us could easily hang out without feeling cramped. The kitchen is very well-equipped and all the bedrooms are very comfortable. It was great to be able to use the hot tub on a cold winter weekend!

Charlie was very accommodating, even letting us in early. The place was as described and very family friendly.
Game tables were a definite hit with the kids and adults
Kitchen well stocked with dishware and cooking equipment.
Beds were very comfortable.
Spa looked very inviting, but weather too cold.
Will definitely consider renting again during warmer weather.

Beautiful property amongst plenty to do!!!
We stayed at this gem and couldn't ask for more. Charles met us after a long day of snowboarding at Gore to let us in the property and give us an overview, even had the hot tub on and ready for us!!! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big breakfast and hit West mountain in the morning. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and a dual rainfall shower in one of the bathrooms!! Got hit with big storm on our day to leave and Charles had the driveway done before we finished eating. Will definitely recommend.

Perfect New Years at the property!
We visited with three other families (8 adults and 4 kids total). There was more than enough room for everyone. There is a pool/air hockey table that was utilized by the kids all weekend. The hot tub was warmed up and consistently used by everyone. Would recommend for any season to visit.
