Nice location, some interesting entartainment for kids

NO WIFI! When you are far from home, and you have no connection whatsoever, you can't take advantage of anything in destination. There was paid internet, which we were happy to pay, but it just didn't have any signal or barely some signal and only close to main building for like few minutes. The so called Free Wifi that you claim there is, it works on occasion in the lobby and for like 10-30 minutes and randomly through out the day! And after asking the staff about that, they said that it's Booking.com fault, as they do not claim there is wifi, but booking.com guys do. So I would claim refund if I had extra time, but now I just would avoid your services as much as I can. As for the entertainment for kids - very little, classes for like 20 mins, even if you catch 1 or 2 of them through out the day - it's nothing either for kids nor for their parents. The bed in the living room was super old and the mattress is slimmed long time ago. Very overpriced for what you get vs what is advertised. I wish I read more bad reviews on this place, and not only look at the rating mostly.

clean lots for kids pet friendly

Location was perfect. Staff was wonderful. Place was very clean. My rental was so cozy my family didn't want to leave. The dog park was perfect for my two little ones. We will definitely be back.

It was a little difficult finding my way around. Better signage would be helpful. No hooks to hang sweaters, jackets or towels.

the bed was terrible. the cabin with a bedroom has a really small bedroom. it didn’t fit anything more than a bed. The cabin is shower is very small and feels like an RV.

We did not get the room we booked through booking.com When we questioned why we didn't get the room we booked, the campground said booking.com did not update its website. We booked a room with a couch, coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster. We got a room with a microwave and refrigerator. Meanwhile, there was a cabin right next to us that was empty with everything we had booked. I asked them why they would book us a place without the items we paid for. They didn't have an answer. The next day they gave us the room next door. We were only there for 2 nights. We got the room we booked for one night.

the cabins were really nice and updated. lots of room in closet and plenty of draws in bedroom. nice refrigerator, stove and microwave.

the rug in the loft was very dirty. it would have been nice if my cabin bedroom cabinets had mirrors on them so someone can change in the bedroom at the same time someone was in the bathroom showers. my daughters did, mine didn’t. I wish there was more entertainment at the site. it rained while there and many things were cancelled. the pool was closed too one day.

sofa bed is unstable to sleep on. one of the bedrooms did not have air conditioning; very hot to sleep on. The bed on the main bedroom was not flat and uncomfortable to sleep on

Filthy! I understand floors being dirty because it's a campground. However. The dish drainer under the sink was gross!!! We had to scrub it and it was so gross we had to put tons of paper towels in it so the dishes and pans(that we also had to wash) wouldnt touch the grossness(mold). Didn't even put the silverware in the silverware spot. The coffee pot was also totally disgusting with mold! We also did not like that there was way too many golf carts!!!

it was very clean and exactly what we wanted - a cabin in the woods. the pool was wonderful. we took walks and biked as well. we met other campers, all of whom were nice. the staff were also very nice

the 2nd bedroom’s bed was so uncomfortable, I slept on the couch.
