This was our first experience with a VRBO! Jose made the process extremely easy and he was an excellent communicator. The house, outdoor bar and pool are beautiful! Definitely five stars!!

We stayed with our three boys for a week of Spring Training games. Home is very clean and comfortable. Beds are amazing, master suite is so nice, and the backyard is very private and well kept. The hot tub, outdoor television and fire table made it an awesome place to hang out. Location is ideal in a quiet neighborhood with a park just a short walk away. Super easy access to shopping and restaurants, as well as the freeway. Would definitely recommend!!

This is a great location for a couple or family to stay in east Mesa. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything you need including restaurants, stores, hiking, etc. Jose is a great host who maintains a nice house and was available every time we had a question.

We can’t wait to come back, we had an awesome visit to Mesa just wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed the pool and spa and very nice party style patio. The kitchen is laid out very nicely, with minimal dish's. Fortunately we brought a lot of our own, including paper goods and silverware. Also brought our own skillets and griddle for the BBQ. The beds are very comfortable. And the fan in the master is great. It would have been nice to have green grass in the backyard instead of dirt for some outdoor games we played. And the dirt under the beds was excessive. Lots of good night time lighting. However the active cameras were very unnerving. We felt the eye in the sky watching our every move. We felt a bit violated outside and wondered how many hidden cameras could be inside. We have never experienced that before in a VRBO. It's sad really to not "feel private" and that should be included with the rent

This was a great rental! The property manager went above and beyond for us, letting us check in earlier due to a flight change. Great with communication. The house was clean, only complaint would be the light in the master bathroom didn’t work. The pool was clean and outdoor area was nice. The bar area provides shade when needed. TVs in all the rooms. Would stay here again!

Great house with pool (not heated) but still able to swim. Hot tub was awesome and enjoyed by all. Jose allowed us to check in early which was awesome. Great area surrounding the house with tons to do!

We traveled with two other couples. We originally scheduled the trip for spring training. When it was delayed we decided to go anyway. The property offered everything we needed and hoped for.

Stayed here 4 weeks. Great location. Many stores and restaurants walking distance or 5 minute drive away. Good neighborhood. House had everything we needed. Jose made us feel welcome and was easy to get a hold of.

Great property, great value, enjoyable stay. Listing description was accurate. Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our time during the day exploring Canyon Lake which is nearby. Mostly cooked for ourselves, nice space for cooking and eating in. Evening by the firepit was lovely and relaxing. Jose was very responsive and helpful. Thanks!

We were in Mesa for a long weekend celebrating my father-in-laws 80th birthday, the property was beautiful…..actually better than described because of all the recent updating Jose has been doing. Jose was a pleasure to work with, very responsive!! Great location, close to anything that you would need, I would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay in this house! The backyard was great. We spent most of our time out there. We watched the playoff games on the tv above the bar and the fireplace helped keep us warm. It was chilly and would have liked the pool heated or the hot tub, but it was broken. Still a very enjoyable time!

We were in town for just a short trip for some family business. The house was perfect to meet and visit while we were there.. Easy access, nice community, and Jose was great to deal with.

Very nice house. Everything clean and as advertised. Best communication with a VRBO host I've ever had. Jose is very attentive. Most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, including ours at home. Very convenient location to stores and freeway. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Very nice property. We spent every night outside around the fire table, watching the outdoor TV. Jose was very responsive when ever we had a question.
