Brilliant location - short walk into the centre/beaches and far enough to escape the noise. Lovely apartment - very clean and well maintained. The hosts are very friendly and always available to assist. We had an issue with our car and the hosts were extremely attentive and tried to assist with recommending local garages.

As per previous reviews, the Wi-fi doesn’t work and connection is pretty much non-existent. Not a big issue but as phone signal is relatively poor in Newquay, it can help to plan things for the day ahead online - especially at the moment when you need advanced bookings for everything! Towels aren’t provided unless requested for an additional fee - this is mentioned in the listing so we should’ve paid closer attention as had only brought beach towels.

Excellent location very clean and tidy would stay again no problem highly recommend to anyone wanting just off centre but ideally located
