Great customer service! Marzook from guest relation team is super professional and just an amazing host! He was very attentive and made our family trip really great! good breakfast, nice beach and beach cafes. overall great experience :)

I like the overall facilities of the hotel as well as the courtesy of the hotel staff. It is a home away from home.

We like the resort and wave has a great food selection.

The breakfast was very poor, no options. the scrambled egg was really disgusting- its like a egg soup with cheddar cheese on top. i never seen such thing compare to all the resorts and hotels we stayed. this will go to waste for sure The cereal, fruits and juice selection was very limited, especially the hot selection, nothing to eat. we ended up eating toast and ask the chef for omellete for 5 stars resort, we expect more. as the way we see it its only fall under 3 to 4 star

very nice spa, Candy at the spa made a great Thai massage-recommended

we took an upgrade to a sea view room close to the beach- there was very loud music on Fri night and we could not go to sleep earlier; the breakfast offer was limited, the hotel is overpriced

Great resort for families with plenty of options for activities and games, pools really nice and well maintained, beach close by and large enough to not be too crowded. Staff were mostly very attentive and friendly and willing to offer help whenever needed

Food was good but not outstanding as in some other 5 star hotels

Room was excellent and hotel has nice pools and beach area.

Food was ok but was expecting more freshness (esp. seafood) and better quality overall. Service at the pool and beach bars could use some enhancements as well as staff seemed generally overwhelmed.

I was very impressed with your housekeeping team and how they left some gestures to make us feel at home and feel welcome.

I would have liked to see changing options on the breakfast buffet as it does get boring to eat the same good everyday. Additionally, the hotel wifi can get better.
