Great location just across the river from old town and close to the main train station. I arrived around midday and was able to check in early. Room was nice and bed comfortable.

The place is very noisy internally. The doors to each room are a little hard to pick and so it's very noisy when people come and go, and any conversations in the hallway, esp. at 3 am are very very loud

This hotel was very central to shops and restaurants. Very clean. Very reasonable price. Didn't mind that they didn't do breakfast as loads of cafes nearby.

We were there when it was particularly hot and there was no AC. It was difficult to sleep.

The room was dark and super-small, and the room was extremely noisy. I could hear every word from the reception and common area, I couldn't sleep and had to wait until everyone went to bed so I could fall asleep. Lots of night-time walking for me!

The location is perfect, very near to el casco viejo - the old town, the center and the river - and also to Museum Guggenheim. The room is nice and have atmosphere, some rooms have view to the river. The bathroom is good too. And everything is very clean

In summertime there can be some noise from the street - but not this time.

Fantastic location. On reading other reviews I requested a river view which was amazing. room 3 but we had the option to also choose room 5. I think it would have been a different experience if we had a room without this view.

It is a small independent hotel in a fantasticc location with very friendly owners/staff. Some people may find it a little tired but we loved it for the value and location. A river view is essetial though.
