Nice and quiet in a great neighborhood just a few minute walk from the boardwalk, stores and restaurants. A great overall place to stay !

Very clean property with everything you need. Kitchen well equipped. Host was FABULOUS. Close to the beach and several restaurants. Walmart Neighborhood market is right around the corner. Easy check in/out. Host very attentive!

Very clean and great location
The check in process was very easy and Victor was extremely helpful with accommodations and quickly got back to us with any questions we had. When we arrived everything was all set for us and was just cleaned and the location is perfect as it is walking distance to the beach as well as restaurants. I highly recommend this property and hope to come stay again!

It was pretty much as described in the write up. Based on the write up, we understood that there was a DVD player at each TV. There was only 1 on our unit, so we had to move it around.

Gulf Steam Cottages
Victor was awesome! He was easy to communicate with, responded very fast each time, at any hour. He helped me through the process and was just great. The cottage was very clean and well kept. Exactly as advertised. shower was hot with lots of pressure (a must for me to give a great review.) the dishes were all clean and ready to go, the towels smelled fresh.
I can't rate this any higher and for the price you wont get a better value!

Very nice
We loved this house. It was perfect for us. My husband could work every day with the wi-fi. The house is well furnished,the kitchen included all necessities, the bed was comfortable and having a front porch was a bonus. The house is just a block from the beach and close to many restaurants. Victor was just a phone call away if anything was needed.

The house was 'as advertised '. Clean, modern comfortable furnishings. We loved being able to do our laundry while we were there. The house is walking distance from the beach, restaurants, putt putt, beach stores and more. We loved it and are looking forward to next year!

I stayed in Victor’s home with five of my friends for our spring break and had a wonderful time! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Victor was also very helpful and responsive to any questions we had both prior and during our stay. We would strongly consider staying again!

Great for families
Victor's home is located about 1.5 blocks from the beach and was perfect for our family of 3. The bookbag beach chairs were a life saver with a toddler and the kitchen was well equipped. Victor was quick to respond to any questions we had and checked in to ensure we arrived and settled in okay. We would gladly return next year!

Perfect place for our family!
We loved the house, it was plenty of space for our family (with 3 rowdy boys!) The house was stocked for us to be able to cook and serve food. Nice walking distance to the beach and shops. We loved the pool being close as well. I would definitely recommend this place!
