I had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful hotel. The attentive, friendly customer service, delicious food, fantastic views, lovely furnished rooms, pools and spa were all excellent. I also enjoyed swimming in the sea and watching the sunrises and the hotel is well-located for exploring Ibiza. I'd definitely highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely, great location if you don’t want to be in the Centre, staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself was very quiet which we liked. Room was spacious and with a comfy bed.
The location of our room wasn’t great, overlooking the front parking area. If I was to rebook I’d book a see view room with balcony

Everything! Try and visit May and September and this weeks stay was fabulous as always. Start the day with yoga on the beach and a swim, then a long leisurely breakfast on the terrace with the amazing view. The staff are the most welcoming of any hotel I’ve ever visited. From the moment you’re greeted like an old friend on reception, to the ladies who tidy the rooms, the waiting & kitchen staff who remember your coffee order without even having to ask, and the evening bar staff who can give you the local gossip over a last drink before bed, every single person you meet makes you feel totally at home.
Really struggling to find anything to criticise so this is really petty. My only request would be for some proper thick Greek yoghurt at breakfast instead of the pots of set yoghurt. Like I say, very petty but honestly can’t think of anything else!

the pools (indoor and out), comfortable room. The staff were fantastic, so helpful as they allowed us to use their facilities including showers and changing rooms after our check out as we were leaving for a flight late at night. Couldn’t have been more happy.

The 5 star rating … perhaps 20 yrs ago. Dated, no lights in the hallway for a few hrs. Breakfast was so simple, ended up having toast and coffee.

We had a great room overlooking the sea with a patio. The room was large and all the facilites we needed were provided. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great too.

We had an extraordinary reception, enjoyed a free upgrade to a marvellous room, got spoiled by our very nice waitress with Mexican roots, were welcomed by the hotel director and his young family and enjoyed an excellent dinner with sea front view.

Beautiful hotel , lovely location right on a sweet and clean little beach. Food was also great , especially the half board value for money
It was very quiet, which we loved, but could have had some entertainment or a room / place for kids to play. We avoided the kids club hotels so didn't expect that but at least something to enjoy, a singer in the evening , some toys stashed away somewhere to keep them busy and entertained a few minutes

Great location just on edge of Santa Eularia - lovely staff, from check in to departure in all areas of hotel - well appointed comfortable room with large terrace - good breakfast and the one meal we had in the restaurant was very good. Very nice outdoor pool and good indoor pool & hot tub indoors if weather inclement. Very short stroll to beach below hotel with little beach bar and an easy walk along bay into town.
Short stay so didn’t find anything to dislike!
