It's a pity to describe my experience, because I arrived late at the accommodation, according to the hotel's instructions, I chose the self-service, but I didn't find the information of my check-in, it was raining heavily outside, there was no help from the staff, no one answered the phone, I had to contact Boking to help me choose a new hotel, so I also offered to cancel the order and refund. I hope the hotel will take my request seriously.

If I get off work, I can contact the staff on duty and give guidance, instead of automatic telephone recording, e-mail and information communication are automatic replies, which can not answer my specific needs.

they have limit hot water, for 3 people only 😓 after 3 person take a bath theres no more hot water

When you make an order carefully, some rooms without bathrooms, you will use public on camp territory, also you should clean your room by yourself or pay additional fees, same with bedclothes.

No one told me that reception will close at 17:00, and when I arrived I should call to call center and take my keys. Also when we d to a manager to change our room they told that it's impossible, it's not user friendly, we were ready to pay additional fees and take another room, but my request was declined. A pillow was dirty. When we tried to make a checkout we should again call and wait when staff will come. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

Good location, easy to book, fair price, good bathroom and hot water was available.

Heating through air-condition. It took 3 hours to reach 18 degrees! Blankets were cold as well. It was difficult as we travelled with a 3 months old baby.

it was a quiet clean camp with all the basic amenities. shared bathrooms were really clean

Linen should be provided free of charge in my opinion but otherwise no complaints
