I like the location since its close to malls and such, employees are very friendly too

The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is simple and enjoyed it as long as there is rice :) The location quite good and a bit walk to malls. The price is practical for short term stays.
The facilities are very limited on this property. There are not so many channels to choose on the tv. The breakfast is plated and not buffet.

The staffs are very accommodating and very nice. The room is spacious. The aircon is doing its work. the bed is comfy. It was an overall nice stay. The breakfast is nice too. Glad that it's near the Araneta. Very convenient.
The wifi is fast but keeps cutting off. I couldn't hold a proper zoom call or google meet call because it keeps disconnecting. It's frustrating for someone who needs to work.

Only the staff.
Booking.com made a mistake and they couldn't take my credit card. Then they made me pay cash. I changed to stay one night. They would not issue me a refund for nights not stayed. I will never book there again. But the staff was excellent.

Peace and Quiet inside the room. The availability of water. The staff being welcoming and smiling always.
The smell of the cabinet. Some small cockroaches. Other than that, everything was great.

The food served at breakfast was good considering the choices plus the coffee.

Affordable rooms, has parking spaces, serves delicious breakfast, easy access to the malls and restaurants. Polite and accommodating staffs.
The room I stayed needs refurbishment. It has not enough lighting that it feels gloomy, no door viewer installed, no complimentary water but it has a pitcher. For an executive suite, it needs more improvement.

Nothing much, wanted to get out as soon as I arrived
Grotty hotel, the rooms need upgrading, the air conditioning was noisy, the whole room was basic and the lighting was terrible. Couldn't get my money back for 3 unspent nights, terrible service, horrible hotel, do not bother staying here or even consider it
