The facilities were great , the shower was hot the view beautiful, tha staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious

Amazing breakfast which we could not finish what they had prepared for us. The room was very spacious, warm with a beautiful view over lake Titicaca. The hotel has many spaces to chill, relax or play pool.
The only issue we faced was with communication as our Spanish is basic at the most, but google translate came to the rescue :)

Very nice staff, room is big, and there is hot water. Very close to the main place where the buses stop, and to the boats as well. I also had a great view of the lake
The shower could use rénovation but otherwise all was great!

Location was excellent with fantastic views of the Lake
It didn’t bother us but the wooden floors are squeaky and you can hear the room above moving about on them.
