Extremely clean, beautiful views. Very nice getaway

Lovely walk round Esteves Island with beautiful scenery. Service and friendliness of staff in restaurant was excellent. Quality of food was really good, especially breakfasts. Reception staff very helpful and efficient in answering queries prior to check-in.

No kettle in room for making tea/coffee. Tours desk not open for long, and no readily available leaflets in reception giving details and cost of trips that can be booked.

If you are looking for a place with a great view of the sunrise of the lake, look no further. Our room was on the fourth floor and we enjoyed a great sunrise over the lake. The breakfast was incredible with many options. We were so full that we didn't feel the need to eat again until dinner time. My husband was also able to take advantage of the gym and enjoyed that as well. We wish we had time to spend a little more time here. There were even a heard of llamas that roamed the grounds!

Just keep in mind this hotel is about 15 minutes outside of the city of Puno, so if you plan to do some sightseeing in town it's not a walkable distance or if you are coming in off the train, you will have to find your way there. The hotel does offer a pickup from train station and there is also a airport dropoff option, but these were MUCH cheaper when we found them ourselves.

The location on its own island was very picturesque, with views over the lake. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice.

The prices quoted by the hotel for trips/excursions was significantly more than local operators.

Nice view of Lake Titicaca from the room. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The staff are very friendly.

Was dealing with some altitude sickness after Cusco. The staff (particularly Lucio) helped me with oxygen and encouragement. Beautiful grounds with a short hike filled with llamas, wild Guinea pigs, and wonderful rock formations.

the room was really small for two persons. it was just for one night. ask room service to give you the room with the right view. there are two options. we had the boring view

The view from the hotel, the staff was fantastic, the rooms were fresh and bright. The bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast, attentive staff. We ate in the dining room both nights of our stay. The food was delicious.

The location and hotel facilities were really good.

We paid for their New Year's Eve celebration. Worst spend of my life. We would have been better off staying in our room. Despite communicating with them multiple times, our reservation was not on file on the day of the check in.

View from the hotel was astonishing

Excellent location with a view that can not be beat. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms were quite and had plenty of space with an exceptional view. The property was well designed and maintained with many amenities.

The internet in the rooms could be faster, but was ok for basic email etc.

A really my wonderful luxuries place to stay. The room and the view in the morning and evening was spectacular and Davide on reception was so helpful with my every need, including getting me a better room!

if you want to be near to the town, shops this place is an hour walk away. a quick taxi but you’d have to get one every time if you want to pop out. most day tours don’t pick you up from here either.

like stated in some of the other reviews: here and that the hotel collected a little rust; overall that’s minor though and by far outweighed by all the plus’s mentioned above

Wait times for food at the restaurant were quite long. Had a reservation that had to be pushed 30 minutes because the restaurant was full.

The location is perfect for views of the lake on one side and Puno township on the other. The staff were very helpful. Breakfasts were very good with a lot of variety and with fresh food items. Very much a relaxed feel is created which matches the great views from the common areas. We had a car and on site secure parking was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and had dinner either in the restauarant or bar and the prices were resonable.

We booked a boat tour to the islands from the hotel tour desk and paid a high price compared to what you can get in town. In the end there was an organising mixup and we were only given the tour we could have bought from town. When we inquired we did get a partial refund but we still ended up paying above the odds. Be careful using the hotel tour option.

The beds were comfortable. The views were also very nice.

The room itself was dated and felt old. We had several meals at the restaurant during our two days stay and all were fair to poor tasting.
