Café da manhâ razoavél com oxigenio a disposição e chá a vontade!
Encontramos um sabonete usada colado na banheira e retornamos dois dias depois no mesmo quarto e ele ainda estava lá! O custumede acender insenso no saguão do hotel, sufocava os hospedes, fazendo minha esposa passar mal. a roupa fica cheirando o dia todo.

Perfect location right on the main square. Nice big room, with a nice big comfy bed. Decent brekkie. Lastly, big shout out for Romario on reception, who was really helpful and always seemed to be there, no matter what the time, day or night - give that man a raise!
Due to the lay-out of the hotel, rooms facing into a central enclosed courtyard, it could get a bit noisy when people were in reception.
Not sure if we were in Puno during the Great Loo Roll Shortage of 2023, but it seemed to be very strictly rationed, oh and the soap was a bit rubbish as well!

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Spoke good English and made an early breakfast specifically for us before we checked out. Great location and they offer a laundry service. Showers instantly very hot and didn’t take 10mins to get hot as they said they might.
Bathroom was a little old but was still very clean.

The location was wonderful. it was in the center of old town. it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They laid out an early breakfast for us as we were leaving before the official breakfast time.
It took about three minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower.

Puno is not a beautiful city but a convenient place to go visiting Titicaca Lake. The hotel is a it basic, especially the breakfast which was the worst of our Peru trip.

It is an extremely old place with carpets everywhere, old bathrooms and no windows to the outside. The place was very noisy.

The rooms are pretty spacious which is always good. The location is very good in front of the main square. The staff was great and helped us with every request.
Not to many light in the room since the rooms are facing the internal hall of the hotel ..they don't get natural light. The room are a bit old-fashioned.

The location, the hotel, cleanliness are perfect and the stuff is AMAZING! I hit so bad with the altitude sickness and the stuff did everything for me to feel better. They felt like they are my family. Can’t thank enough!

The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The rooms are big and comfortable. Location is perfect.
Warm water comes after a very long time. No rug in the toilet.
