For the price the room was very comfortable, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The location suited us very well, being close to the shopping/dining precinct.

Love this place with its old style motel accommodation but with a modern touch... Rooms and facilities always immaculate with great welcoming staff end everything you need within a short walking distance including the beach 100 meters down the road if that and all very reasonably priced... Always my first choice when staying on Phillip Island!

Motel chosen for location near to Venue where I was to attend a function, Coach Terminus and shops.
Suggested to staff that a couple of hooks to hang coat etc. on wuld be handy.

I liked the way receptionist James checked us in, he was quick enough to hand over the keys and explain the locations near by and his eagerness to help us, cautioning us about the shops closing by 7:30PM and timings of penguin parade to be specific
Was thinking if I’d be able to view beech from our balcony but it’s not a complaint anyways

The room doesnt look like the one shown in the photos. Felt very … typical motel. Bit touch up on the walls can help and make a big difference

I would have liked the pool to be open earlier in the morning.. pool didn't open until 10 am which is check out time.
