Very good in all, I was late check in but it was very easy. Close to supermarket to buy foods and full cookware.

3 bedrooms from 3 families but only get 1 toilet makes us very inconvenience

Spacious, clean and close to shops, beach and restaurants.

If I had to fault it, it would be the couch. Not comfortable to sit on for longer that 10 minutes.

Door handle and taps were loose, maybe a bit of maintenance needed to be done. A broken tile in front of the shower.

location was great, with plenty of space in the apartment for a family.

wasn’t clean, poor window furnishings, two drapes/shades were broken. very loud noises

10am check out was extremely early - should be 11am you could really hear the noise of others in the above and below apartments- hear the people walking on the floorboards balconies of neighbours very close by so you could hear each others conversations kitchen leanly stocked with the basics - no scissors etc main bathroom only had a shower over bath and the shower trickled so slow toilet was only in the ensuite bedroom so awkward at night when needing to go and not wanting to disturb another couple

could not get hot water late at night. the fittings in the second shower area could be improved.

Close to restaurants, supermarkets. Only a 15 min drive to Penguin Parade.

2 Baths but just 1 toilet so it may get tricky for larger families. Otherwise the apartment was clean and comfortable.

the upstairs washing machine made our apartment shake! A little grubby in areas.

Very easy . Reception was friendly and easy to find .

The toilet door kept jamming , but that’s a maintenance thing that can be fixed .
