Lovely house, easy access instructions, spacipus, hot tub, comfy beds, quiet area, comfy upstairs sofa. Very clean. Great for a group of friends or one or two families.

No mirrors in the bedrooms. 5 women had to queue to use the only mirrors with plug sockets to dry our hair in the bathroom. Would recommend some rubbish bins upstairs

The size of the property was perfect The spa was top notch, my husband and I plan to buy one now.... it was so good. Proximity to all locations to see and do on Phillip Island was perfect. Will definitely would book again for longer stay

upstairs bedrooms quite warm & stuffy, we all felt they needed ceiling fans, even though there is an air fin upstairs, the bedroom needed some airflow. also, I’m not sure if owners are aware, there is quite a leak from the upstairs shower. it seems to be coming from under the shower screen on both sides of it. quite a pool of water on floor after showering. we mopped it up, but just thought I should let you know.

Lovely home. Clean. Comfortable beds. Dog friendly.. spa was so relaxing. Pod coffee machine with plenty of pods supplied. Salt, pepper, oil etc in pantry. Plenty of dishwasher tablets.. i often take them with me cause theres never enough! This place is perfect. Quiet street. Great for families.

The location, spa, being pet friendly so our dog could join us, great family venue to celebrate my husband's birthday

Internet was a struggle, possibly the reception for this area, more needed for the kids than the adults
