Have never stayed in a better VRBO. The owner's many thoughtful touches (including a bottle of wine) enhance a beautiful property in a charming area in the shadow of Seattle's space needle. Was our second stay there and won't be our last! Highly recommended as a great value!

This place went beyond our expectations. Super clean and the owner supplied us with everything we needed including some treats! Great location with just a short drive from downtown and it was very nice to have our own parking spot. We had an amazing time and were always happy to walk into our beautiful condo after a long day in Seattle! We would definitely stay here again!

The house and grounds were honestly stunning. They made me me want to come home and do work on my own house lol. Little luxuries like the heated floor in the bathroom and the gas fireplace were wonderful to come back to after a day of exploring. Such a relaxing neighborhood to hear the birds in the morning with friendly neighbors. We had a question and the owner called us right away with an answer, welcoming treats were left for us. This was a phenomenal place to stay and we’ll be back for sure.

It was a nice quiet neighborhood and with a water view from the kitchen. Spacious and comfortable. We would stay again.

Nice, open floorplan, very nicely equipped. If you are looking for something, it is where you expect it. Beautiful plantings around patio, humming birds - exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to coming back.

This quiet, comfortable apartment has everything a traveller, as well as a gourmet cook, might want or need. It's located in a pleasant residential neighborhood, yet it's conveniently close to all Seattle has to offer. I hope our family has another opportunity to stay here while visiting relatives in the city.

Really beautiful space. Felt like home. The rock gardens are so pretty. I could see Puget Sound and the Ferry's from my window. We had a fireplace, it was so cozy. The Kitchen? perfect we made all our own meals. Highly recommend this beautiful condo for your visit to Seattle.

Great four night trip with family and friends to celebrate bday. Great location for the Kraken game and space needle.

This is a wonderful property with high end furnishings and appliances. The location is very convenient to pretty much everything. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Seattle The only warning I’d give folks is if you’re not comfortable driving on narrow city streets or hills or if you have a large vehicle like a truck or full-sized SUV this location/neighborhood may not be the best choice for you.

Perfect place, warm & amiable host, every creature comfort. One of the best Seattle spots: walkable to cafes, restaurants, views & events, but comfy to settle in and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Excellent kitchen for cooking, top-drawer washer & dryer, big soft beds. First choice for a return visit!

We really enjoyed our stay, the place is very comfortable and clean, location is excellent. Parking spot in the back is a bonus. We will definitely be back.

We rented this 2 BR property for days as a base for shopping, medical appointments and visits from family and friends. Could not have worked out better! Great kitchen let us cook, great location let us eat out and shop. Lovely bedrooms and bath. Super user friendly. Five stars for sure!

We’ve have stayed here many times, and are NEVER disappointed. It is a pure delight. Pretty views, comfortable beds and sofa/chairs. Great kitchen. Love the fireplace. Quiet neighborhood with a great off street parking space. The owner is very attentive to any questions we have. If you are going to any events at Seattle Center or Climate Pledge Arena it’s just a little over a 1/2 mile walk in a safe area. We highly recommend this wonderful place.

This condo is in a great location and safe neighborhood. The house was spotless, and it is a great place to stay. Would absolutely look to stay here in the future.

This unit has a great location. There is beautiful landscaping. It was very clean and well appointed. We especially appreciated the bagels, cream cheese and jam so we didn’t have to go back out to the store for breakfast. The snack basket, appetizers, and wine were very nice and much appreciated. We loved our stay here and will probably come again.

We will most definitely stay here every time we come to Seattle! The property was meticulously clean. All of the finishes were very high end. The location was ideal--super close to everything yet set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a peek-a-boo view of the water from the dining room windows. The dedicated parking space was very appreciated! Coming from the desert SW, we really loved the "treehouse" feel of the unit. We enjoyed the fireplace and heated floor in the bathroom. The owner truly spoils his guests with luxurious bathrobes and lovely treats! Local bagels, cream cheese, half-n-half, coffee, charcuterie, snacks, and wine! What a spread! If anything, the photos didn't do this place justice. Thank you for sharing this amazing property with us!

Apt was clean, kitchen had anything you would need if you wanted to cook, including spices & oils. Was great having a parking space reserved for us. We would definitely recommend booking this apt.

Overall I had a very great time there, it’s in a very good location close to the space needle and other popular attractions. The units themselves are very nice and very beautiful. if I was ever to return to Seattle i would definitely consider staying again, and is over all a beautiful place to stay

The location was fantastic and the house was amazing! It's a beautiful home with extraordinary amenities, and we truly appreciated and enjoyed our stay here. We were able to walk to a grocery store and drug store for everything we needed, as well as the Space Needle, Chuhily and a splashpad that the kids enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was an absolute gem! We were welcomed with wine and cheese and bagels. The kitchen was completely stocked, the beds were very comfy and we loved the bathrobes! We will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Seattle!

The house surpassed our expectations. We had 2 adults and 2 toddlers and the space was perfect. It is walkable to a lot of the nearby attractions. It was an added bonus having a designated parking space. If we return to Seattle we will definitely chose this place to stay again!

Came for a wedding. The place was immaculate in a quite neighborhood. Loved that we had our own parking spot as parking can be a challenge. Our host left us bagels, cream cheese and jelly, a variety of coffee, snacks and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was well.stocked and we had plenty of towels.

Our favorite place to stay when we visit Seattle. Great location, walkable distance to the grocery store and park. Quick drive to Space Needle, Pikes, etc. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to visit again!

This property was as advertised, but more. . . It was clean, had a couple of welcoming snacks, a gas fire place my daughter fell in love with and the instructions, communication with the property owner were great.

Beautiful, comfortable and very quiet

This is my second time staying at this property. It is very cozy, clean, and well stocked. Enjoyed the fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.

This is the third time we've stayed at this wonderful property and we've already book again for next year. The apartment is so comfortable and cozy: beds are comfortable with great linens, everything is spotless, the gas fireplace is perfect on chilly fall days, the kitchen is decked out with everything you need to cook, and they supply coffee, bagels, cheese and a few other treats to get you started (oh yes...and a bottle of wine). There are lovely views out the windows, gorgeous landscaping, and good parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. We walked to the Climate Pledge Arena for a hockey game (it's just a little over .5 miles away) and Queen Anne Hill with all it's retail is about one mile uphill (by car) . And the owner John is very very nice and considerate. We highly recommend this property.

My friend and I stayed at this condo during a getaway mom‘s weekend and it was perfect for the two of us! There were several restaurants we visited in walking distance and the Space Needle is a seven minute drive away. This is a great location! The place was clean and homey and we really appreciated the extras like snacks, wine and even coffee and sugar. Getting the key was a super easy process with the lockbox and I would definitely stay here again!
