the room, bathroom and toiletries were luxury. the food was good. you can get an Uber taxi easily to the airport. I also got an Uber to explore the historical sites of Heliopolis. I went to Baron Empain Palace and El Korba Square. these journeys were easy and cost 30-50le.
it is a shame the shopping centre next door has many empty shops. there isn’t much life you can walk to from the property.

The place is good. It's not super clean, but it's clean
I asked for a ride from the airport, which is retelrly a 5 minutes away for the hotel they said is going to cost 20$ I agree not knowing what is the prices over there they pick me up with a vehicle that 20 years old no ac, seat are ripped very dirty and we sit all 4 of us in the back later I find out that the ride to the airport cost 5$

Bad location it’s hard to any taxi to find the location.. very bad reception staff his name mahmoud very bad attitude.. too small hotel. Never ever i will not repeated again to stay in same hotel.

Staff like Nermeen, Hoda, Eslam and all the reception and restaurant staff were so very helpful. This is home. Very comfortable and they deliver whatever you need

Comfortable hotel, good location next to the airport.
The transfer services are overpriced and not reliable. The airport is literally 10 minutes away by car and they charge 50$ for a minivan and 20$ for a taxi. Worst thing is, we scheduled a taxi at 4:00 am in the morning and it never showed up - we had to take an uber as an alternative, and of course we did not get our money from the transfer back... Our friends, who also stayed at the same hotel, ordered an early breakfast and it was completely forgotten... it's always good to double check in Egypt, but I wouldn't expect to do that in a 5 star hotel as well.

poor location high prices and 3 star hotel
it was not a 5 star as mentioned , the mall attached was closed and there was nothing around. it was a hassle to arrange food. lift was dead slow and made us think we were stuck inside. we booked two rooms, one room was having bad smell and other had smoking smell upon complaining the rooms were changed . the room keys kept on ditching and stopped working , which had to be repeatedly changed . our stay was only for a night as we had a flight to catch in morning but it was not at comfortable. rooms were big , beds were good but had dust in the room. one room was out of tissue paper . we booked only keeping in mind the mall which was unfortunately not functional. the price we paid was super high and we could have got a 5star hotel stay in that .

The hotel is just a short ride from the airport and the rooms were really excellent.
Odd location right next yo the entrance of a dead mall & no sign for the hotel.

It's a comfortable hotel to stay overnight if you have to get to the airport soon. The facilities are good with comfortable rooms. The in room dining was great as well with good choices. The breakfast was great as well.
No shuttle to the airport which would have been nice as Uber is a hit or miss.

The hotel is beautiful considering where it's located. There are a lot of uncompleted buildings around it but not a problem for me. The stuff are respectful.
One thing that needs lots of work is the wifi connection. It doesn't work most of the time and when it does, it's super slow.

Very nice pool setting on the roof, pleasant service, very comfortable lounges with sun umbrellas. Well equipped Gym is in the mall, connected to the hotel, free access. Room service is available, helpful staff.
English speaking staff is limited, but enough to communicate.
