They mentioned 2 bedrooms and I ended in I bedroom. I should get sofa bed and there was chair bed. what a joke!

Person from the office was so rude and closed the call during conversation.She wasn't pleasant person to talk to and was sarcastic. Later on spoke with female who was dealing with the keys and she was really nice.I would consider staff training for customer service and was poor.!

Location is great, spacious apartment with beautiful mountain view, 1x large double bed room with view. The host sent instruction and key box code. Reasonable clean, but toilet has unpleasant odour. 6 doonas and pillows were provided. Free and allocated parking in garage.

There were 6 of us, we had a two bedroom apartment. 1 room had a large double bed, the other had a standard double bed, which is small for 2 people. 2 kids and myself slept on the couch in the living room, but the couch is short for an adult. We didn't end up with good sleep. I would like to also mention below: there is a laundry, but no laundry powder, there is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher powder or tablets, there is a coffee machine, but no coffee or tea provided. There are cups and glasses chipped, a wooden chopping board is broken in half, and a very blunt kitchen knife and vegetable peeler.

Location is superb: two steps to the Aquapark, just a few min. by walk to the very downtown (Krupowki), fiv. min. to a good supermarket. The view from the balcony at the mountains is fabulous. The apt. itself is spacious and well equipped.

- Parking in the garage is a nightmare with bigger cars. Of course this is not the fault of the owner, it is constructed and built as it is. But they could have warned us (i.e. any guests). Additionally they could have checked whether really all other parking places were occupied during or stay and we could have changed if anything were free. If a friendly Polish family (other guests) had not helped me with the parking out, I just simply could not have left the garage, though I am an experienced driver with 20 years practice. - Communication is complicated with the "resident" from the language's point of view. (The lady who gives the keys and "assists" upon departure...) It was difficult to reach the lady upon departure so it took one additional hour to find out the code to the safe where we were asked finally to leave the keys. - The apt. has some minor esthetical flaws, but nothing serious. Our kettle was broken and we got another one right the next day, which is nice. But... all in all... the staff seems to be overworked and is not eager and motivated enough to support the guests, which is strange in the tourism industry. For example, the sewer of the shower cabin did not work appropriately: the water did not flow down properly, therefore only two of us (we are a family of four) could take a shower after each other in order to prevent water-overflow in the bathroom. We reported this immediately upon arrival. The plumber came only in the morning of the 4th day of our stay (we spent altogether 6 days in Zakopane). When I repeatedly asked for a solution on the 3rd day and expressed my disappointment, the answer was rather arrogant and educative (they have many other guests, apts. and problems, I shall not write unpleasant things). The words "sorry for your inconvenience" were spoken only when I replied that this might have been the appropriate answer instead of educating the guests. Nevertheless it was a very good stay and vacation.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, with good location, big enough for 5 peaple family, and the view of mountains from balcony was wonderfull.

Some of the door handles were broken, otherwise everything was very nice, lovely and comfortable.

perfect location just 5 minutes walk to Krupowki Street, secured underground parking and 3 grocery shops open till late just outside of the apartment block, great place to stay for a family of 3 👍👍👍 modern and very well decorated and equipped apartment, air condition and an amazing view from the balcony and main bedroom spotless clean, we will be definitely coming back next time

staff was very unfriendly. checkin process was horrible.

The apartment is in a great location, 5 -10 mins walk to the bus station, for intercity buses and for the minibuses to take you to hiking locations. It is also very close to a couple of supermarkets and less than 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area. The apartment was spacious and had a washing machine, kitchen with a microwave and oven and a fridge/freezer. There were spare towels and extra blankets. It also was very warm, there are radiators in every room, and it gets the morning sun on the balcony and windows.

There was no coffee machine as listed and the plug in the kitchen sink was broken, and when queried, we were told someone would come to fix it, but they didn’t. Also the internet was appalling. It would work and then cut out with increasing frequency, sometimes for hours. We were told it was the fault of our phone settings, but we had a variety of devices that couldn’t connect. This was by far the most disappointing aspect of the property and the only reason we wouldn’t stay there again. Also, the bed was effectively 2 single beds pushed together and we found this uncomfortable.

Location is great - price for value is very good and the garden is great to have inlcuding the additional room with the dining table - a great booking for 2 or 3 people - I fully recommend it.

It would be better if there was a Washing machinę. The sofa bed could be more confortable
