Ну кроме местоположения трудно найти плюсы в данном отеле. Больше не поедем сюда.

Заканчивайте ерунду с проверками номеров при выезде. Это совковый колхоз - так не делают в нормальных более менее отелях. Стоять ждать пока ваши уборщицы посмотрят непонятно что в старом вонючем номере - это как минимум странно. Ну и про сам отель - старый, нуждается в капитальной реновации. Кондиционер над кроватью не вешают!!! Это азы. Как ночью спать когда он дует на тебя? Лейка в душе под замену. Вообще конечно цена-качество никакое. Раньше останавливались то ли не замечали, то ли номер был лучше. Не рекомендую категорически!

I’m not the first one to write this- but I didn’t think it’d happen to me. They charge your card a few days after you leave! It’s a complete scam! $50 USD a week after I left. I have yet to get a response from them about this charge! Where do I start? Cannot believe this is rated a 4 star hotel! 1.The man at the reception desk was extremely rude when we had questions about check out and getting around. He said he doesn’t know any tours in the area?How do they not even have a pamphlet…? He dismissed and even lied to our faces about what we were questioning about. Didn’t want to help or care to. Really poor customer service overall with all of the staff. 2.When we first arrived to our room, our towels were dirty with makeup from a previous guest and there were large silver bugs in our room. they said they’d bring another towel but never came. Called again, and no one showed up for another hour! We finally went downstairs to show the dirty towels. The water from the bathroom faucet is BROWN! we had to brush our teeth with bottled water. There is no hot water during the day somehow either?? The kettle in the room was filled with rust and mold when I went to make tea, that is a health hazard! This is a “4 star hotel”?? 3.And the breakfast was not fresh, I’m sure it was leftover from the previous days. 4.On top of this, we booked a time at the jacuzzi and when we went to the spa, the jacuzzi was freezing cold and turned off, they said “there’s nothing we can do” but didn’t care to inform us beforehand. We had to pay if we wanted an extra towel- which was dirty in the first place! I’ve stayed in much much cheaper hotels and hostels that had better customer service and cleanliness. I still cannot believe this unexplained charge on my card and NO RESPONSE from them. Not worth the money at all, if they’re going to price it like a 4 star hotel, they need to change everything about how this place is managed, cleaned and serviced.

The location is perfect and very convenient.

The breakfast was not complete. The coffee machine was not working. The staff is a bit rude and too straight forward.

It's cozy, definitely. Fresh plants at the edge of the hallway by the window. There's a cushion top on the entire mattress that made it supportively firm with this comfy softness at the same time. The trees outside are lovely. The staff are all respectful and warmhearted. Water pressure is great, however the temperature often fluctuates at will. Not too bad, honestly, just a minor inconvenience when I'm trying to get cold but it's still hot/warm. I would love this during winter. On the 6th floor where I was, there's an old menu so I had to ask the restaurant worker which items were available. But once the food arrived [only 20 minutes] it was truly delicious. The gym was excellent. The treadmill uses a voltage transformer and both it and the transformer were unplugged, I'm assuming to be environmentally friendly which I respect. Only some employees spoke English, but thankfully that just motivates me to study harder so I can communicate next time I visit this part of the world.

A few minor inconveniences, but overall nothing major in my opinion.

the room was so dusty and not cleaned well the shower was leaking from everywhere even the dryer was not properly working

the staff were very unprofessional and rude they were checking the mini bar while we were in the room although my husband was telling the woman to wait because we are still packing

issued invoice before check out for destroying towels and bed cloth to my visitors. forced to pay

The hotel was at a pleasing location with supercomfort and all required day to day things available in room. Mini bar was fabulous. Small but good gymnasium. Good value for money
