The whole experience was amazing. The room is super cozy and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and Paula, the manager, was very gentle and friendly with us.
Nothing to complain about.

We loved everything about New Voga. Paula, our host, could not be more helpful. She contacted us before arrival, and we could check in early.
New voga is in a great, quiet location. The guesthouse was spotless. Fantastic breakfast.
Paula also helped us with booking our onward taxi and bus.
We would definitely go there again if in Valporaiso.
There was nothing that we did not like.

Beautiful rooms and views. Excellent, filling breakfast. Safe and walkable area. Lovely host and staff.

Very beautiful old house, nice atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Good location.
If I go to Valparaiso again, will stay there for sure.
The only problem is the isolation of mansarda's room. You can literally hear every step and word of your neighbours around.

Let's start with breakfast ... it was healthy, plentiful, and delicious. Served in a historic room with a view of the walkway to the garden. Wonderful way to start the day.
Location? Near the top of the hill, above most of the painted stairways and murals. Make sure your legs are strong!!! It was on a very quiet side street, but near to popular eateries.
The garden? We returned early evening to avoid potential safety issues. After the hike back up the hill, the garden and a choice of cold drink under peach trees, was the perfect way to wind down after all our activity.
Warning -- You need to be able to walk a lot, a whole lot of steps. The landscape is at a 45-60 degree angle. Our room was an addition 26, low-riser steps once we made it back. Everything is within walking distance, but it NOT level. We loved every minute!
Hosts? Could not be any more accommodating and gracious. We felt welcomed and cared for. All our needs were met, even when it meant adjustments/changes on their part. We left feeling like we had met real people who care.
I missed having a place to write when in our room. The interior architecture was "historical" with high ceilings, but it has all been updated to a more minimalist finish. This left the room spacious feeling, but a bit lonely for me.

This boutique hotel was recently renovated and in a great location. Old home with great original architectural features and an outdoor back patio. We got a room with a sea view. The breakfast was extensive and good. I would highly recommend!

Excellent place, well located in Valparaison touristic area, very close from restaurants, Museums etc, all by walking distance.
As the guesthouse is on the top of the hill, it is a quiet area, with a very nice view.
Excellent breakfast with fresh juice, fruits etc......, Nice bedroom, very comfortable bed
Paula was a perfect host, very friendly and gives good advises about the area

The location is great. It's close to cafes, restaurants and corner shops. It was easy to get a Uber in front of the guest house. I booked two rooms for my family for one night. Superior Double Room with Sea View and Superior King Room with Sea view. I think the total sapce size is the same but the King room's layout is more spacious. From the double room you can see the small rooftop terrace directly. You can see palm tree, the ocean, and hill from the both rooms. The bed was very comfortable, there was a wall mounted heater (we didn't use it though).
We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time we messaged. We rang the doorbell a couple of times but no one was available. Later when we came back, I just callled the owner and she responded immediately. She is very friendly and the breakfast she prepared was great . The quantity of the breakfast was generous.
There is an old dust smell (all our family felt it)in the building but over a night we all got used to it. The room is spotless and the bed is comfortable though. It was a shame that the neighbor (next to the Superior double room) practiced their band singing (drum and guitar as well) in their back garden until very late. We were exhausted after a long walk but woke up a few times. We spend Saturday night for your reference. Other than the music at night, the guest house is great and the neighborhood was safe and peaceful.

All was great.

We were traveling as a couple exploring Valparaíso and especially enjoyed the very quiet location of the guesthouse in a side road still close to a lot of restaurants, gallerys and bars.
Also, the host Paola was just awesome and took so good care of everything around us.

This refurbished home is gorgeous! It is so fitting with the heritage of the area and really allows you to feel the history of Valpo. Paula runs the house beautifully and is there to support you in literally anything you need. She was a great friendly face to have in an unfamiliar place. The garden space is stunning and the views of the ocean are incredible.

The hotel is well-located. It’s a few minute walk to a number of great restaurants as well as the attractions. Generous and helpful owner.
The sheets and bedding were super comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The internet was also very fast. All qualities that are fairly rare in our travels throughout South America.
We hope to visit again!

Very nice host, happy to help with any practical questions linked to our trip.
Nice room with good shower. Breakfast not the most extensive but really all we needed: bread, cheese, ham, avocado, fruits and a sweet pastry
Room was pretty cold

The manager was super friendly and helpful! The location was wonderful! We parked our car and just walked everywhere. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and when we asked for second helpings, the manager was more than glad to hand them out.
Everything was great. We had already read that cribs were not provided so we brought our own pack and play for our 8 month old!

Paula, who runs the guesthouse, is spectacular and takes extra-special-care of guests.
Delicious breakfast every day, we never left hungry.
Beautiful, historic neighborhood with tons of restaurants, galleries, and shops in easy walking distance.
Direct access to two funiculars, one of which takes you right down to the puerto train station, allowing easy access to the rest of the city.
Beautiful historical house.
Wifi and TV were great.
Lovely courtyard full of plants. Great for relaxing.
Rooms cleaned daily.
Beautiful views.
Also a cat may visit you.

The family 2room suite was very comfortable, the main bedroom has a heater and a space for a pack&play that we brought with us. The living room has another 1p bed, without a heater but with duvets and blankets it is quite enough. The beds are so comfy that we all slept till later than normal. The breakfast is continental, tasty, precise in quantity. Paula is a great host, took care of all our needs and was always connected. Not speaking of a great location, it is situated on the main touristic hill and is near to all great cafes of the zone, yet on a quiet street not to be bothered by any noise. Wonderful stay worth to be repeated!
The only small disadvantage is that the living room doesn't have a heater.

We stayed there for 3 nights with my wife and our daughter.
Generally speaking this boutique hotel was a beautiful surprise.
The house seems average from outside but never judge a book by its cover!
Great interior design, cosy, real wood floors, super cute patio, AND the shower works well! Which is not that common in Chile.
The icing on the cake was the owner and the staff, super friendly and accommodating.
Last but not least, it is walking distance from pretty much everything you’d like to see as a visitor.
Just to write something here. The view from the patio isn’t too wide open BUT in the end it didn’t really matter since during the day we were out exploring anyway, and at night we were having some drinks in the cute patio and it’s cosines made us totally forget about the view anyway.
