Aunque no fue nuestro caso, un muy buen sitio para relajarse, dejar el coche aparcado y conocer bien Santillana del Mar, también si buscas una buena ubicación para de ahí desplazarte a conocer Cantabria. Relación calidad /precio muy buena.

Alojamiento de ensueño, muy rural y muy bien situado, a 5 minutos caminando del centro.
Teníamos uno de los apartamentos pequeños, los cuales tienen acceso directo a la piscina a través de un balconcito y un pequeño jardín.
La habitación es muy cuca y el baño está reformado.
Muy completo el menaje de la cocina y te dejan un pack para lavar los platos y dos bolsas de basura.
Dispone de parking tanto interior como exterior.
La chica de la recepción nos atendió en seguida y fue muy agradable.
Sin duda un alojamiento más que recomendable.
La nevera enfriaba poco.
Una de las toallas estaba sucia y el calienta toallas no funcionaba.

From the lady we met at Reception, to the various staff we encountered during our 14 day stay they were so courteous, friendly & helpful. The apartment was spotless & bedlinen, towels, bins etc changed every 3 days which was really good. The gardens were lovely, as was the pool area. There was a car parking area available & also a small number of underground spaces. The Communal Utility had washing machines, driers, pegs, washing tablets etc. The kitchen utensils, mugs, plates etc were enough for the 2 of us. We liked everything!
If am to say anything I would have liked - it was an OVEN! Whilst most people were only staying a few days we used it as a base & stayed 14 days so were not interested in eating out every night & also loved the fresh fish, meat & vegetables available in local Lupa & whilst the Hob & Microwave were very effective & worked v well we would have liked an oven - am sure other guests would not have used.

Warm welcome from the staff, very clean apartment. Our 2 bed apartment was a duplex with lots of space, particularly upstairs where there was a double bedroom with a sitting room and a bathroom. 2 bathrooms with walk in showers. Comfort beds. A nice balcony with table & chairs. Kitchen was tiny but had the basics and useful things like a cleaning cloth, dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid we're provided. Included in the price is use of an excellent communal laundry with washing machines and driers and outside drying lines, pegs etc
The apartments are a short walk into town (cobbled streets, so flat shoes are a must!). Not far off the Camino Del Norte route.
Parking is easy and fairly close to the apartment. There is a small pool with some sun loungers (no shade).
The kitchen barely has room to boil a kettle but was manageable for a couple of nights and there are lots of eateries within walking distance.
While we were there, there was some major works going on across the road between 8am & 8pm. Very noisy but presumably temporary.

View and location. Good parking at facility. Good Fridge but right next to sofa bed, so noisy. Admin easily available.
Small Apartment not suitable for 3 adults, only short stays. Only one bedroom and a sofa bed. Only barstools. No washing machine or portable clothesline. (I assumed). Outside clothesline is public and a short distance away. Kettle but no beverages. (Difficult to carry coffee jar when travelling). Cute, just not suitable for us. I would have cancelled but it has limited free cancellation of one week.

Excellent apartment, had everything we needed. Easy 2 minute walk into Santillana del Mar. Lovely relaxing patio area overlooking the well kept gardens.
Not a major problem but the car park was busy and we had to park on the pavement within the complex a couple of times.

the location was great for being in Santillana del Mar. The apartment was roomy, nicely furnished and clean. The hot water was exceptional! The bed was very comfortable. We did not use the kitchen to cook but it seemed very complete and it would have been easy to prepare meals in it. The garden was beautiful and we had a nice little patio outside the living room area.
Our minor complaint was that the bathroom needed more lighting next to the mirror. It was a bit hard to see when you were standing there. I believe there was a round light fixture above the mirror but it was broken and did not light up. This would probably have solved the problem. Also, it would have been nice to have a small table in the bathroom to put toiletries on. There was very limited space in the bathroom to place items that we needed to use. This would help in the shower, too. There was no place to put soap, shampoo or conditioner when you were using it.

The appartment was very well equipped. The location is very senic and very convenient to the town. The central heating added to the comfort. Asthetically the building is delightful in keeping with the style of Santillana but with the modern comforts inside. The appartment is spacious and the private outdoor area is really good. The appartment was exceptionally clean on our arrival. We absolutely loved the place and would highly reccommend it. There is good free parking too.
To be honest we were really happy with everything. We would have liked to stay longer. It exceeded our expectations and for once the photos matched the reality.

Excellent location - a short drive from Santander ferry, a few minutes walk from Santillana Del Mar centre and well placed for visits to the Picos and local area.
Struggled to find the lock box at first then realised a simple translation mistake had turned 'entrance gate' into 'front door'

The apts looked lovely, approached by a wide drive with ample parking. The apt itself was clean and spacious. The bathroom and bedroom were contemporary, although the kitchen and attached living area were a little drab. The porch on the ground floor flats ere lovely with a view onto a lovely garden and pool, which we enjoyed swimming in. The apts were a 10 minute walk into the centre of a lovely old town.
The instructions for the key collection were a little vague. We thought the cards were at the front door of the apt or reception to collect but they were in fact at the front gate entry box. Luckily another resident was able to help when I knocked on their door as they said they had the same problem on arrival. As usual despite having a full kitchenette the was no kettle. We had to boil pans of water to make a coffee.

I would have given a ‘10’ if the bed wasn’t so hard. The matras really was too hard for us. Also, sunbeds would have been nice. They were on the photos, but not there.
