The bed and pillows were very comfy, the view is great, you can see the hill and the horses going about it :) the location is very convenient too, just 2 min walk to the main square. Also the parking is a great plus, is just on the side to the property and it is reserved for the hotel's guests (free of charge). We were very happy about it since we came to Santillana del Mar by car. I would suggest this hotel for sure!

You can hear almost everything from the other rooms that are close to yours or from the ceiling. It was not a big issue for us, but I guess it is not convenient for someone who wants total privacy and no noises.

No anti slip mat or handles in bath when using the shower Soap in horrible little plastic containers Easy to get to if you have a good map and approach santilliana by the country lane from the north.

Great location. Easy to park. Excellent housekeeping service. Room was tidied in the little time it took us to have breakfast down the road.

Bathroom had a strange smell. Surprised that some reception staff couldn't speak English. No iron available to press my clothes, which was unfortunate since I was visiting for a wedding.

able to work with us coming late and leaving early. check in closes at 9-930 tho

super noisy floors

The host was excellent. We arrive and had the day booked wrong, he sorted us with his last room and charged us less than it's value. Also, when we arrived he was super helpful. Really good stay.

great location for the Camino and nice rooms

it was loud, the people in the room above made a lot of noise- perhaps bad luck or it could be the staff living there.

Lovely location, so close to the town. The room was fine with a comfortable bed. Parking next to the accomodation.

No screens on windows so choice of mosquitos or being too hot. There were not lots but we did have a few.

I selected this hotel because it looked very quaint and Hospederia Santallina was quaint. The old walls were exposed and you got a feel for the age of the city.

I felt the facilities needed a little upgrading and I wish that I had selected lodging closer to the City Center.

LOCATION, FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING, BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS AND LOVELY BEACHES NOT FAR

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever er stayed in. Perfect location, next to a great bar called "the little chapel" with great atmosphere and run by some genuinely good people.!

Not thing, it was perfect.

Great location and very big and nice room. I love it.

The wood floor made some noises, thus we haven't heard the noises from other rooms.

It is a charming hostel really close to the heart of Santillana del Mar.

There was no service for the check out, we had to wait and call a few phone numbers to understand what we were supposed to do, which was to drop the keys on ghe counter for anyone to grab. Also the water was freezing, and again there was nobody to help us out or to whom we could ask for help. Finally there was no option of having breakfast there either even though there was the space for it, nobody serving coffee or tea. Cute and charming turned into awful and daunting because of the service.

The location is OK.

It was dingy and depressing. Furniture looked as if it had been sourced from the local tip in the 1970s. The PHOTOS DO NOT REFLECT THE REALITY. 89 euros a night should get you something clean an pleasant. This was neither.
