good location.

no restaurant at all at the weekend is poor. international travellers do not have the app suggested so I went without food on the Sunday which is poor for a hotel. I was also checked into an unmade room so systems are obviously not fully up to speed.

Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Spacious room with large comfortable bed. Good, strong shower. Friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Highly Recommended!

Location. Bar in the neighbourhood made some noise until quite late (sadly typical in Brazil). Small TV for the size of the room and most channels did not have a clear picture. Too many clientes waiting at reception to check-in because there was only one receptionist!

I stayed in hotel from December 14th to December 16th and until now I do not received the invoice. I have payed for three nights and received a parcial invoice of two days instead of three.

RECEPTION 10 out of 10 - very professional, polite, friendly, patient and helpful HOTEL GROUNDS 9 out of 10 clean and spacious with car parking & good location. The hotel corridor lights are set to turn off after a few seconds, it's super annoying as we need to keep moving our arms in the air several times per minute to stop de darkness ROOM 7 out of 10 - good size, and was clean,but disappointely basic. The TV signal is weak, making it hard to watch many TV channels,as it keeps failing 10 times per minute. No side light table... How can one read a book before bed? I was shocked with this one. Its a startand one and this hotel doesn't have it! Bed & pillows are comfortable and there was no noise, so I had a restful night sleep There isn't a "Do Not Disturb" sign for us to leave outside the door, and the bell sounds like a car horn that makes you jump when pressed BREAKFAST 9 out of 10. If there was some Brioche & more variety of cakes would have a 10 out of 10 OVERALL it was pleasant but personally I was expecting more from this hotel
