Fantastic staff, fantastic hotel

The balcony and room are very spacious.

Unfortunately there was no Internet in the room or on the balcony. The kitchen utensils were quite dirty so we had to clean everything before usage. We didn't receive any new towels within 5d 4n.

Wifi not available in the room.

originally placed on top floor. bit of a climb up the circular stair case to our room. moved to 1st floor after 2 days. No elevator.

the microwave and kitchen area had not been cleaned, the bathroom toilet , flooring and shower was not very Sanitized or clean. the banister always had bird poo on it , so it was hard to use.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to fix some minor problems in a very efficient and timely manner. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The room has two patios so we enjoyed the views on both sides. The swimming pool is fairy good size and it will be better if the water can be a bit warmer. Overall, we enjoyed very much our stay at the hotel.

Loved this place! We had two balconies, a full kitchen and a really nice, large, fully tiled bathroom with lots of hot water (not always the case in Sayulita). We loved El Fortin coffee shop across the street which had delicious pastries! Good coffee too. This is now our go-to place in Sayulita, thank you for everything.

Wonderful stay, good location, quiet end of town, one block from the bus station . Having the kitchen facility was great, enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. Close to beach, stores and restaurants

Great location! Property well kept. Nice pool and balcony.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived… and then it turned out that the light in the bedroom didn’t work and neither did the ac. We spent a half hour on our balcony waiting while they tried to fix it. I had to ask if there were any other available rooms … they agreed we could move next door. The light in that room did work but the ac nearly did anything. It was a hot week and we were quite uncomfortable until 11pm or so when the temperature dropped and we just opened windows. It is misleading to advertise that you have ac when, there is a unit, but it doesn’t cool.

LA ATENCION EXCELENTE

It is located close enough to everything. The town is small, so nothing is far away. Just a short walk to the beach. There are lots of food options close by. It’s not right in the center,so it’s pretty quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Off street parking is available.

You have to leave your room key at the front desk whenever you leave the property but at least you don’t need to worry about losing it.

We had no water one night because of a pipe break or some other issue. Hot water for showers was hit and miss. WiFi in rooms did not work at at all.
