Great breakfast, beautiful hotel, fantastic location

The bed was very small. They put me next to the elevator, which was noisy and no one would ever be at the reception which is odd for an hotel. I had a late check out which was 2 hours, but they charged 20 euros for it whereas other hotels don’t do that

The hotel is even better than it looks in the pictures. Very nice feel to it . The rooms smell lovely too. Lovely patio area and the curry we had was the best one we ever had. Really good place.

There was nothing we didn't like. We will definitely be back.

Only thing that would make the stay even better would be tea making facilities and possibly a fridge in the room

Friendly welcome. Amazing, spacious room! Evening meal in restaurant was delicious as was breakfast.

Only complaint is that there was no fridge in the room.

I LOVED Bella Colina, it was vintage and modern at the same time, if it makes sense. Very unique and cozy. I would come back here again and recommend this place to everyone who's visiting Mallorca. The breakfast/restaurant area with the pool is so gorgeous, so many beautiful details. My room had lovely and huge terrace and just everything I needed. I was a bit worried about the bathroom, since there was no pictures of it when I was booking the room, but it's really beautiful, comfortable and brand new. Bella Colina is really close to the beach, the restaurants, the bus stop, but it is located in a quiet place, so you can sleep at night even with windows open. The breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were amazing. Super clean too, bed sheets and the hotel overall smell really nice.

The bed was terribly squeaky and sort of sagging, it was impossible to move without hearing this sound. The bed absolutely must be replaced. That was the only thing I didn't like at all about my stay. Also, it would be great to have more options when it comes to hot meals during breakfast. There was nothing but scrambled eggs and fried eggs :( Also, I wasn't given any directions how to reach the hotel (usually those are sent automatically after booking), and when I asked no one responded.

It was really lovely, even better than we expected and it looks even nicer than in the pictures. Pool area and bar was great, super close to the town and beach. Rooms and breakfast and nice, we would return.

They were undergoing renovation at the time so the restaurant and other parts of the hotel were still closed. The staff were very friendly and apologetic about this. The renovations are now complete.

Excellent location in town and walking distance to beach. Lovely details and ambiance- you feel right at home! very friendly multilingual staff and a healthy and flavorful breakfast buffet. Wonderful terrace and garden. Would definitely stay here again!

The shower was warm but not hot but I think this is due to energy savings which I support.

the location there was one man and a lady member of staff that were pleasant and helpful the other were abrupt

it’s states there is air conditioning , which there wasn’t , the room was very hot and uncomfortable we got bit very bad while trying to sleep , breakfast was very basic and we paid to eat elsewhere

Breakfast was delicious and a really varied spread - something for everyone! The room was very comfortable and large, with a shower and bath which was great. All rooms have a balcony or patio area which is a huge plus! Ours was directly on the pool area which was very convenient. The pool was wonderful - a great size and with plenty of sunloungers/day beds, and great food and drinks available at the bar to enjoy in the sunshine. All rooms also have aircon which was very needed and made coming back to the hotel after a day out a treat! The location was fabulous, a five minute walk to the beach and with many excellent restaurants, cafes and bars within mere minute's walk. It's also very near a number of bus stops making day excursions incredibly easy. Lastly, but definitely not least, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing we asked for was too much and they were more than happy to help us out with anything needed!

Nothing at all! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and we wanted for nothing! Thank you Hotel Bella Colina and all of the staff!

staff serving you breakfast - like being back at school! Also that you had to go looking for them on many occasions if you wanted a coffee or drink from the bar also WiFi the worse I’ve ever experienced in a hotel
