The service was so kind. The property is gorgeous and the baths are so relaxing. The breakfast is delicious - it was an unforgettable stay!

The whole installation is breathtaking. on top of this, the staff is incredible kind and helpful - whenever we needed a suggestion for a restaurant, an activity or something else, they were there for us.

Exceptional dinner in our room and service to the highest Japanese standard. They picked us up at the train station and gave us a lift when we checked out. Stunning architecture and garden even in the rain. Exceeded all our expectations!

Everything is PERFECT, beyound our expectations. We have visited Japan serveral times and have stayed in Ryokan before but Yoyokaku is one of the best Ryokan we have experienced. This Ryokan has history and its super beautiful in every corners. We did not booked half board and we regreted it. We only had breakfasts and that were exceptional good. We wish we could have more time, only two nights was not enough.

Stunning and peaceful ryokan with warm and friendly hosts. It is an authentic experience of Japanese culture. We loved the beautiful garden, bedrooms, library and complimentary coffee nooks. Breakfast was a feast for the soul.

They carry on the superb tradition of the Japanese inn with integrity and humility in a pure form solidly founded in good-hearted hospitality. They are now one of the rare ones. Every corner of this inn exudes good taste but never in a show-offy way - only in the spirit of sharing beauty. The hospitality expressed by the staff is natural and down-to-earth; not learned from a service manual. Full of gratitude for this precious experience. Please Yoyokaku don’t ever change.

Beautiful Ryokan, quiet, incredible Japanese garden. Diner and breakfast were amazing. the location is great, near the seaside and the pine forest.

Perhaps the best Japanese ryokan I have ever stayed. The building and garden is very beautiful, wroth the time to visit, and the dinner (I choose shabushabu) is very delicious, using the top class beef. I think this is the hotel that totally wrorth coming to Karatsu for just stay a whole day here.
