Location was good. close to some restaurants/ eatery and marts.
water leak in the bathroom which was a slip hazard. Wasn't even fixed properly after we complained. Laundry facility wasn't working for the 3 nights we stayed. Breakfast is the same the whole time. Didn't have ironing service/facility when we asked reception. At one point the reception staff didn't speak and understand much English. We might have been unlucky at the time but beware. We regret our decision to pick this one.

Location was pretty convenient, as in the other side of the road there was a food hall with many local warungs. Also stuff is very nice and polite. Although the price for the room was ridiculously cheap as a plus.
The room smelled really weird, like burned plastic. Also the furniture looked old and tower looks not fresh. Furthermore in the bathroom were many small bugs and ants. The sink and shower were pretty dirty. For the breakfast there was nothing to eat for vegetarians, and all food was cold. The fruit selection was limited and they tasked like cut with a dirty knife.

The breakfast was okay. The housekeeping did a good job. The staff were really kind and welcoming.
We requested an interconnecting room when booking, but when we went there, no interconnecting rooms were available and we got that after 2 days which was really inconvenient. The interconnecting rooms had no balcony and the rooms felt suffocating. For a 4 Star hotel, there was no room service available and the laundry at the hotel was unavailable.

Breakfast was good. The reception area was large and well lit though one could do with some air conditioning.

the staff greeted us in the middle of the night and assisted with our bags.
the room smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned. the bathroom
smelt like a public urinal. the room was nothing as what appeared in the images and when asked for a different room the team was unable to assist. we arrived at 12:30am and checked out by 1pm the Same day. will not return to this place or even consider it again.

Wouldn’t let us check in early and wouldn’t check to see if a room was free just sent us away. Breakfast lacked options. Whole hotel is quite run down but has a lot of potential

Nice breakfast buffet. They allowed us early check in 1 hour. A lot of local resto nearby.

The bed was really comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and nice breakfast. Very clean, overall awesome place for the price.
The wifi really didn’t work, unless you were in the main lobby at a time of day when no one was around and online. This was our only thing we think could be improved, everything else was great!

The rooms did smell, I'm assuming because it's not being used for a while during the pandemic, but the staff did move us to more suitable less smelly rooms.

Breakfast ok but the Egg corner slow.. Who come and waiting close them, they give first even someone already order and they leaving egg corner did nit get aftet 20 30 minutes
