Very nice spacious accomodation with amazing hosts. Received a very warm welcome from the lovely couple. They help you with everything you need to get around this island. Service is 24/7. Laundry, dishes and cleaning gets taken care of on the daily basis. So more to enjoy your vacation. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you Nickolas and Lisa.

The villa is lovely but the star of the show is the pool area which is where we spent most of our time. The real bonus was the location - 10 minutes walk (or a 2 minute drive) to a bakery and a supermarket with several restaurants in the same walking distance. There are some amazing restaurants nearby, we particularly loved the fish tavern where you can jump into the sea between courses!
Probably the best thing about our stay though was the host, Nikolas. He went our of his way to make our trip so much fun with recommendations for restaurants, boat tours, anything we asked!
One room doesn't have air con - didn't matter for us at all as we didn't need the additional room but if we had been a larger party it would have been tough to draw straws to see who got that room! One other thing to note is that the pool (lovely though it is) has quite a rough bottom so if you're travelling with going kids, it's best to bring pool shoes.

The hosts were amazing and helped with everything and anything. They were so friendly and nothing was too much for them. We had a welcome pack upin arrival too...lovely as we got there late.
The pool was awesome, the villa itself was kept very clean, had everything you wanted.
Views were so beautiful. If we're visiting again we'd definitely go back there.

It is the best choice for spending the holidays together with friends or family in Zakinthos. The location of the villa is excellent, the villa is spacious, the pool and the interior of the villa are taken care of daily, Nikolas is a welcoming host, attentive to details and always available to offer diferent services, including local tips. I definitely recommend.

The place was absolutely amazing , me and my 4 friends had the best time. The owner Nicholas cant have enough good things said about him. He went above and beyond what he needed to for us and we are so grateful for making our experience even better than it would be have been. Would highly recommend to anybody. And we will 100% see you again friend.

The house is huge, clean and beautiful with a big yard and swimming pool.
There was more than enough space for our group of 8 people.
We had an amazing stay in Joya Luxury Villa.
Nikolas and Lisa are the best hosts you could wish for. They do absolutely everything to make you enjoy the most of your stay.
It was the best moment of our trip around Greece.
I would definitely recommand to stay in Joya Luxury Villa.

The hosts were extreemly kind and helpful. Property not overlooked by others (except for adjoining villa) and just a short walk to tavernas by the sea. Central position ideal to visit island attractions

Lovely house located in a beautiful olives orchard! The exclusive garden and having a private pool only for our apartment made our holiday extraordinary. Nikolas is a very nice and cheerful guy, always willing to help. He even brought us some nice traditional local products. The house in itself was more than enough for our small group, but could easily accommodate more people. We totally enjoyed our stay at Joya and hope someday we will come back.

The house was very comfortable for 2 families of four to spend a relaxing holiday and Kipseli is the perfect location to explore the island. Nikolas and Lisa were great hosts, helping us with any kind of needs and gave us great tips. Prior to our arrival they also stocked the kitchen with basics for breakfast the day after. Exceptional that there was cleaning and laundry service on demand for free. Within walking distance there is a small beach with a local bar as well as two great seafood restaurants by the sea-side. Within 5 minutes there is a bakery, supermarket, very good gyros restaurant, ATM and gas station. Thank you, Nikolas and Lisa!
