Foi tudo ótimo. Hotel confortável, quarto espaçoso, localizado em área central de SP, porém numa rua não tão perigosa como outros que já fiquei por aí. Perto de mercados, restaurantes e lojas. Funcionários atendem bem e são prestativos. Café da manhã é bom. Pretendo voltar outras vezes sim.
Se eu tiver que apontar algum defeito, seria só a qualidade do papel higiênico, poderiam oferecer um melhorzinho.

The stuff were super helpful and friendly! The location is good , it's quite close to the subway station, the beds are comfy, the room is spacious.
It's a bit scary to walk in that area in the evening, after 7-8pm, we mostly used taxi at dark time of the day to get back to the hotel.
In the bathroom we could hear everything that was going on in the bathroom next-door.

I loved the breakfast and the service at the breakfast.the ladies were very polite and professional and kind. I made a spill and they were right there to assist me. I speak English and she did everything to make sure I understood. She used Google.
The other hotels were cheaper and offered the same things. I needed a spa bath for injuries. The clerk at the front desk was very polite and spoke as much English as she could with a smile. She was very helpful

I love the breakfast! Also, the housekeepers were also polite, as well as the bartender from the ground floor. All of them deserve five stars!
The receptionists. Somebody needs to train those people how to talk with clients.
