Better than we could ask for! OWNER: excellent communication, met us on time, extremely helpful and thorough. APARTMENT: modern clean, very nicely decorated, full kitchen, including new dishwasher, big bed (king), large walk-in closet with lots of hangers, huge bathroom with clean, modern shower, hot water and good pressure, great AC, and new laundry machines(washer and dryer which is rare!). LOCATION: easy to find, near everything, we walked everywhere (most destinations 5-10 minutes, train and others only 20 to 25 minutes), street views and rooftops including the Duomo! Safe. Also close to most of the colleges if visiting son/daughter at school... a bonus for us. I do not recommend having a car at all but if you do, parking garage attached to building. Everything about this place definitely exceeded our expectations!!!

It’s a beautiful and clean property with good amenities i.e. well stocked full kitchen, washer and dryer, wi-go, elevator. Excellent location. We greatly appreciated our hostess Giulia who was really kind and helpful and readily available to assist us.

Giulia was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. She checked in multiple times to ensure we were happy customers. The apartment was beautiful in a prime location for us to walk to most places we wanted to see in Florence. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer for our use! 10/10 would book again!!

The apartment is ideally located to all the top visitor spots. It was spacious and we had the apartment which had two bathrooms which was very helpful with three women! There are two balconies one in the living area and the other in the bedroom. The linen was crispy clean and bath towels were provided. There is also a washing machine and dryer which was helpful. The apartment is very secure and there was a safe which enables us to store our valuables. The air conditioning was great letting out hot air as we went in February/March

We had a very pleasant stay in Florence. The apartment is lovely furnished with kitchen and even 2 bathrooms. All is new and decorated with taste. Giulia is a wonderful host and did everything to make our stay comfortable. We will come back for sure. Mille grazie per tutti!

The apartment was great. The location was perfect. Our host Guilia was the best! She took such good care of us and made our stay in this beautiful city FANTASTIC!!!
