L'appartement se situe au second étage d'une typique habitation vénitienne en plein centre du coeur historique entre Campo San Tomà et Campo San Polo.
l'emplacement est idéal car au beau milieu d'un des derniers quartiers vivants de Venise, en même temps très proche du pont "Rialto”, de la Place "San Marco", du grand canal ainsi que d'églises renommées comme celle des "Frari" ou encore "San Rocco" et à 50 mètres de la maison "Carlo Goldoni".
L'appartement est généreux, lumineux et très confortable. Les décorations vénitiennes ainsi que l'ampleur des pièces recréent l'atmosphère de la ville. Elles vous ferons sentir chez vous en vous invitant au relax.
La cuisine est très bien équipée : Micro-onde, bouilloire, toaster, cafetière et la fameuse "Moka" italienne!
La salle de bain est dotée d'une fenêtre et d'une grande douche.
Dans l'appartement vous trouverez l'air conditionné, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, télévision, Hifi ainsi qu'une bonne couverture internet.

I’ve never had a better airbnb/ Vrbo experience. From start to finish, amazing communication with host. Once we arrived in Venice, aall started off perfectly with our host, Anne, meeting us at the train station. She walked us to the unit and described the neighborhood and helped us get oriented. She explained everything we needed to know about our place and the neighborhood. She was available and responsive the entire time.
The place itself was so cute and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is asan Polo, which is just about right in the middle of Venice. So easy to get around, with the vaporetto just a 5 minute walk. Do not hesitate to book this place!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days for a first-time visit to Venice and we are so glad we did!
For starters, our host, Anne, met us at the train station and helped us find the place. She then went over some recommendations for the area and how some things operated around the city. This was all super helpful!
Anne’s place was incredible. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was also in a perfect location- only about 20 minute walk to Saint Marks square and a 10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. There are also a ton of restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets.
Overall, we had an amazing trip and stay here in Venice. We will definitely be back and will try to book Anne’s place!!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay and this apartment was the perfect home from home in which to explore Venice. It was very clean and was super comfortable for us and our teenage son.
We were close enough to walk easily to all the areas of Venice we wanted to visit but also in a quieter area away from the crowds.
There are plenty of good restaurants nearby & Anne was very helpful in suggesting a few for us.
The communication with Andrea initially and then Anne were really helpful and Anne was a fantastic host. She met us at the bus stop and guided us to the apartment & it was great to know she was on the end of the phone if we needed help.
I would recommend staying at this apartment to anyone wanting to visit and would love to stay again if we ever visit Venice again.

Our host arranged to have Nicoletta meet us at the train station and walk us to the suite. She was wonderful and gave us great information on Venice and what to do and where to eat. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Venice and the stay was perfect. Communication was great from the start and the location was close to everything. Would highly recommend it and will stay again when we return to Venice in the future!

Amazing flat with amazing host
This is a great property in a quieter neighborhood of San Polo. There’s a nice bar on the corner and EVERYTHING is within a 15 walk. The host is an excellent communicator and met us at Piazzale Roma to bring us to the flat.

Parfait pour un couple
Cet appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est bien équipé, propre et confortable. L'accueil est très bien organisé et agréable. Seul petit défaut : l'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite (fenêtres à simple vitrage), et, le voisinage étant un peu bruyant (l'appartement est situé sur un des itinéraires entre le Rialto et la gare, d'où un passage important), il vaut mieux prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir tranquille.

Appartement spacieux et bien situé
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement très comfortable est aussi très bien situé dans le quartier central de San Polo. Les hôtes nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup d'attention. Encore merci !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce bel appartement.
à 10 min à pied de la Piazza Roma et du Rialto, la quartier est très agréable, vivant et authentique sans être trop touristique. L'appartement est grand, bien rénové et décoré.
Anne nous a accueilli directement piazza Roma et nous a accompagné à l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique pour ne pas se perdre dans les petites rues !
Bref nous recommandons chaleureusement :-) !

The apartment itself was as described and very conveniently located for exploring on foot or by vaporetto. All services (restaurants, bars, convenience stores, public transport, laundry) are within a couple of minutes walk. My stay was in October and when required the heating and hot water was reliable. Mine was a working holiday and the wifi was more than adequate for video calls. One small note is that those with younger kids might want to be aware that the square outside the apartment stays busy into the night (i.e. after 10pm) and the noise bleeds into the apartment. This is a function of Venice itself and its small stone paved alleyways rather than the apartment so will be the same for any central apartment.

Un séjour inoubliable ... et bien logés !
Anna est gentillement venue nous chercher à la gare routière Piazza le Roma pour nous accompagner à son appartement. Tout a déjà été écrit, mais je le confirme, un appartement très bien aménagé, très bien situé et qui nous a donné le sentiment d'être Vénitiens le temps d'une semaine. Anna nous a aidés, je dirais même assistés, pour pouvoir faire les tests PCR pour le retour en France. Mais c'est d'un retour à Venise dont nous rêvons et c'est certain, ce sera chez Anna et Andrea ! Merci encore et portez vous bien.

Lorsque vous rentrez d'une journée de marche à la découverte de cette fabuleuse ville, épuisé, quoi de plus agréable que de se retrouver dans l'appartement d'André à et Anne, si bien situé et chaleureux ?

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Venedig
Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Viele Dinge vorhanden, die man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht (Spüli, Milch, Marmelade, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker) und als Extra eine Flasche Prosecco. Besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank an Nicoletta für den netten Empfang und die guten Tips.

Perfect appartment to stay in Venice
We were a group of three, and we consider it a perfect choice for Venice. It is perfectly located, in the center, close to everthing, but far enough to avoid the noisiest streets; very confortable, with spacious rooms to move around; well equiped, with almost everything you need during your visit to the city; and the owners were very helpful and flexible with all the delays and changes we suffered. It is a wonderful choice that we will recommend our friends.

She even helped us to buy concert tickets. The apartment was very well arranged, we had a bottle of prosecco in the fridge and biscuits and jam on the kitchen table. Furthermore the location of the apartment was really convenient. I very much recommend this apartment to anybody who will visit Venice!

Nur zu Empfehlen
Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen. Andrea ist auch sehr freundlich und hat uns auch alles gezeigt und erklärt. Lebensmittelmarkt ist gleich um die Ecke nur 80m. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf dem Bildern. Vaporeto Station ist auch um die Ecke. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen.

We have positively enjoyed our five days in Venice. After our bad apartment experience in Florence, your friendly and reassuring emails were most welcome, and we certainly enjoyed the warm, cosy hospitality of your apartment.
It was lovely to be welcomed so warmly by you! We particularly appreciated the fantastic location of the apartment as well the little extras, plus the bottle of wine you left in the flat to welcome us.
It has been a fitting end to our five wonderful weeks in Italy and we return to Germany with so many fantastic memories. We looking forward to visit you again.
