Hotel is in the very centre of Porto, so great location. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was superb. The room was spacious, clean and modern.

Breakfast was great. The hotel is super modern and well equipped. Loved the room. But the plus is about the people, they go above and beyond to help you. We had great reccomendations for dinner from the ladies in the reception, they looked up for restaurants according to our taste, out of the touristic areas, and it was delightful. Excellent client service and orientation. Will sure go back.

well situated hotel, spacious room, good breakfast

When we returned from a whole day walking in Porto on our third day the room hadn't been cleaned. It took me several calls to the reception, who didn't respond, to get at least 2 clean towels for the remainder of our stay .

The hotel is new and has the features of a modern hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large for a family of three and quite comfortable. The pull out sofa turned into a comfy bed. The hotel was very quiet with no outside noise. Great location!

It situated right in the center of Porto. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of comfort we had with the amount of money we paid. Totally good value for money. At first, we only planned to stay 1 night here, because of change in our travel itinerary. However, when our next hotel in Porto really disappointed us, we ended up book another night there. And the kind and friendly receptionist surprised us with a room upgrade. She was really a sweet and nice girl. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bedding was comfortable. and the bathroom was really nice and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back when we visit Porto again.

Location of the hotel is very nice, right in the city center. All sightseeing places are within 1 km. Room was spacious and had a good view, even I like the interior of the room. Having electric kettle in the room with tea/ coffee comes very handy for us.

There was no cloth hanger in bathroom to hang towel

The staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and large, as well as the dining area. Great location. staff was helpful and booked some tours for us.

There was some guy outside selling lottery tickets all day. yelling all day.
