* The location is brilliant and the vibe of the house was very nice. * Heater in the living space was amazing, especially for the cold wet weekend we had * Beds, pillows and linen were very comfortable allowing for a great sleep * Heaters and electric blankets available in the bedrooms - so good - thank you. * Internet/Wifi is fast and reliable

* Hall way floor creaks so terribly loud. Middle-of-the-night trips to the toilet or if someone is up and moving around early wakes up others * Stove hot plates were dirty and needed scrubbing before use * Front verandah was dirty and covered in leaves and needed cleaning * Digital TV channels did not work at all - probably a broken or missing antenna on the roof. Fetch TV channels would not load. * Driveway was heavily encroached by natural scrub and overgrowth. Car was scratched by plant - can be buffed out but annoying none-the-less * We called the manager to get early entry since all of our afternoon activities were cancelled due to wind and rain, but was never called back or messaged.

Private bush location only 5 mins drive from echo point. Large beds were comfortable. Linen is provided. 2nd separate toilet great. Great new BBQ combustion fire (we bought our own kindling and timber etc) but there were gloves and fire tools available.

Some of the cooking utensils are dated. Floors were clean, but bath had dust and bugs in it. Some problems with the TV, reception and working
