Property is average.
Bed room wasn’t clean enough. Yea & coffee facilities were there but kettle was broken.

I had stayed for two days , rooms are good but food quality is not good .
Also breakfast was tasteless.
Dinner was pathetic , service and vegetable quality was very bad .
I won't recommend any body to stay .
Food quality was very poor . Service is very slow .

Clean, spacious, nice room with really nice toiletries in the bathroom and a very good breakfast with lots of choice. I travelled with my elderly mother in her wheelchair and we had a very good experience of this hotel, with good lifts facility. one staff member I would like to thank named Samit was very helpful with assisting us. overall we had a pleasant comfortable stay. thank you, I look forward to staying there again.

Very arrogant, unapologetic owner. Who accepted the flaws but didn't have the courtesy to apologise for the mistake. Dirty toilet at the time of entering the room.

Ground level staff was nice and friendly.
Not cleaned, no towel or toilet roll after room service. Fridge were dirty and old. Kettle was so dirty, couldn't make tea in room.

Breakfast was very good, Location was prime. However the room was very dirty and the charges I paid was abnormally high. I got to know the actual room charges are much lesser than what I have paid
