bad experience with front desk staff during check-in. He wasn't friendly at all. At first, he try to blame me for not selecting double bed. when I started to check my booking on my phone, he try to cover his action by saying the request is subject to availability. After I showed him that I did put a remark for double bed, he just keep quiet. No apology at all. Room got lot of ants. wash basin discharge water very very slow.

The owner was really freindly and polite...thumb up on him

Room is not so spacious but just enough. Very magnificient view of sea even just a partially seaview. The breakfast spread not so much selection but worth the price rate

For $45 AUD you get what you pay for - room was fine - balcony - with view of ocean Breakfast was plenty for us - choices of western etc Do yourselves a favour and go next door to Bora Bora bar - great food and drinks - great views - good music - across the road is a night food market - also great value

I liked the sea view room however I was expecting to get upper floor room. The room given to me was at level 2.

Should improve cleanliness. The pillows had ugly stains . The towels had strong chemical smell

Poor maintenance, old building, room is not clean. Please don’t book in advance. Check the room before book.

The room is spacious with the king size bed. The location is just beside the beach where you can have your night drink while listening to the wave hitting the beach.

The room is full with ants. The first night i order food and eat inside my room, the first ant showed up while i was eating at dressing table area. I disposed the rubbish outside the room with the hope that the ants will not come anymore. But it just got worse. The ants keep coming out. The 2nd night, i start seeing ants on my bed, some crawling onto me while i was sleeping. I stayed here because there is a pool. But the water in the pool was so dirty as if like it hasn't been cleaned for very long. I only went to the pool the first day, and i did not go anymore after that. Parking was limited and the parking lot is really too, too small for a SUV. Sedan car should be ok.

Convenient location, decent amount of parking, hit all the basics (bed, bathroom, breakfast, mini fridge, water cooler). Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful.

Facilities were a little dated, and breakfast was quite standard (though perhaps this was on a weekday during the fasting month).

The beach view was stunning. Overal it's nice.

Tried to call for room food service..nobody answering.
