Staffs at the counter were very friendly
We had to pay for extra for bottles of water which I have never encountered in most well-established hotels.
And there is not enough car parking space and I had to go full 3 rounds around the hotel and ended up parking on the pavement
near the lobby only to be called in the morning and told to remove the car as soon as possible cause I am not allowed to
park on the pavement when the guard was the one who told me to do so

It was easier to get access to the beach.

Really huge spacious room, wonderful beach bar, and nice swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, i really loved that food. The bed was very very comfortable. After i read many negative comments, this place was a big surprise in the best way.
Unfortunately not everything is perfect, our room was a bit run down, the balcony doors need real power to open or close, we didnt have any hot water, and the safe was unusable. The elevators are quite fast, but sometimes need to wait a lot, because its busy.

Nice view from balcony. Bus stop nearby. Exellent breakfast. Nice path to sea. Big and comfortable room. Very big balcony with table and chairs. Cleaning and supplies of water and toiletries every day. Hot water. Good air conditioning. Wifi.
We booked the hotel thinking about swimming possibilities but there were swimming only muslim families in their robes so we did not feel comfortable to use beach.

the only thing i like was that the view and also its near the beach, they upgraded me to a bigger room, which i dont really need as the tv is in the living room and not in the bedroom. but im thankful.
the building is abit old, not well managed. the lift is faster compared to the previous reviews.
the bfast buffet could have more varieties.

Everything is good except some of the things are old already and not being maintained well.
Old stains look like very old buildings. food are bad.

good location if it’s beach you’re after
it could have been cleaner, the toilet dripped, half the light globes didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, at times the air conditioning sounded like a hammer drill.

The ocean and beach view from this hotel was amazing. We enjoyed it so much and that's why we stayed 6 days here. The beds comfortable. The pool was lovely. Breakfast ok with attentive efficient staff.
Hotel is a little run down, but the view and beach side position compensated for this. The Laguna restaurant downstairs on the beach has loud music till midnight every night which can be heard while trying to sleep

The room with land and sea views are great. Nice room with good hygiene. I liked the room's curtain very much because it was thick and make the room dark even in the afternoon when closed.
The bathroom door was broken. I does not recommend the gym because the area is small with less equipment.
